I would say when the quote was done the guy was very impatient BUT seemed very knowledgeable… Until he calls back that afternoon with the contracts and at this point he has no clue what anything means doesn’t know what the extra charge is he decided to add on for the 3 properties and tried to pass it off for us to just call his office number so we can make payment to avoid having to talk about it especially when $600+ is involved I’d like for you to answer a few questions.. not unreasonable.. So finally after we get our answers, we call the office to make a payment the girl originally seemed nice took our payment And then a week later we get a call and they say we never paid anything… So we check our bank account and it looks like she mischarged us only paid $200 when it should’ve been way more but would not own her mistake and told us that we should’ve told her there were three properties but what’s weird is all three properties are on the same contract and if you had a computer system you would’ve seen this and you said you had the contract in front of you so you would need to add the totals DUHHHHHH… but it’s OK you know a good customer support representative would’ve owned their mistake, apologized, and corrected the issue… you should not keep pointing the finger at the customer as it is never their problem for system flaws!!! I would not recommend these people if you guys want good service these people just want your money they don’t give a crap about you nor do they have good workmanship they charge you up the butt for nothing and do not warrantee any of it either

My experience with them was good. I would recommend them. Overall, it was excellent. The quality of their work was good. Their professionalism was satisfactory. We have had them for several years.

First, off, if I had known how this experience was going to go, I would have just spent our 375 on an extension ladder, pocket the rest and do it myself. The summary is, $375 got me a huge headache, lots of used vacation time, $30 worth of vent covers, and still have the dead bird smell I called about, that I will take care of myself at this point. From the first day I called them and they came over to the end of the job, they took a month to get such the job done. They finally did get everything done properly but it's only because sent some angry emails. They came over 6 times. 5 of those times I had to take off a couple hours from work; all in one month, I was not happy, and my boss was not thrilled either. Day one, I called them, I had plans that day, but canceled so I could get this done. They came over an hour after they said they would be there, which isn't terrible as far as cable guys go... They looked around, and came to the same conclusion I told them over the phone, I have birds in the exhaust vents. So I had to pay them $150 for them to tell me that (that went toward the final bill at least). Then they left and said their guys would be coming over some other time to clean out the vents and put the covers on. About two weeks pass and there are no covers, all this time I called and emailed them several times. The ladies at the office never knew what the plans were of the guy who was managing my project. They told me to call him, which I did several times and wouldn't get a response back for a few days. They finally called, and set up to get the work done when I was at work. I wondered how they were going to snake the vents out, so I figured I wouldn't be pleased with their work. When I got home, they installed all the vent covers, so the average person would probably think, okay, job done. Nope, I checked one of the vents, and their was a whole bird nest in it right in front. It was bluntly obvious. I emailed them a picture of their "work" and they came back after a few days. They once again came without a ladder to check the upper vents, so that was yet another wasted day. They came back again without me there to clean out the vents. When I got home, the flaps on vent cover to keep rain out were broken. I called yet again for them to come and fix it. The guy came back again, and told me to go to lowes to buy the covers and give him a call when I had them. I went out the next day, got them, called him, no response. I called again and days later got a call back. When I went to lowes, I realized there were really cheap vent covers with built-in bird guards. At that point, I wish I had spent about $250 to buy the ladder I needed and the vents. I would have saved $125 and have a ladder. The guy came back again to install the new covers, cut himself fairly bad on the hand while doing. I got the guy some bandages because he was bleeding over everything and I really think blood is supposed to stay inside the body..... pretty sure. The guys with the ladder came, checked the other vents and told me they were clear. So I just had to go off that. I will never know. Now a month later, I'm pretty sure they didn't fully clean out the vent in the original bathroom I called them about because it still smells like dead bird. I'm going to take the exhaust fan and clean out the vent from the inside, which they never did on any of the vents.

After I saw a snake in our garage, I called Rid A Bug. Teddy called me back within the hour, he explained the costs, and we made a appointment for later in the day. He was on time, introduced his assistant and explained what he was doing to address my problem. While I hope to never ever need Rid A Bug's service again, I would not hesitate to call them, they are worth the cost.

The technician arrived early for his appointment (how nice). I was pleased to hear he had 18 years experience. After showing him where there appeared to be some evidence of termite intrusion, he set to work. About 45 minutes later he gave us his findings: carpenter ants...not termites. Not great news, but better (and cheaper to treat) than termites. The initial treatment of the whole house was $250, followed up with monthly inspections at a cost of $40 per month This included setting bait around the interior perimeter and spraying in hard to reach areas. This all seemed like a reasonable and effective program to me, at an affordable price. I did not comparison shop. All in all I was very impressed with my technician, Larry, and the expertise and professionalism he brought to my problem. I will try to update this review at the end of 6 months.

He was punctual and did a good job. He sprayed as if it was commercial property even thou he found no bugs when he checked everywhere. Left some traps just in case.

They were here when they said they would be, and if they needed to change, they gave us enough to time to make up for it. We’re not real happy with them. He sprayed for a wide variety of pests, but we still had a small group of small red ants come in. He has come out twice and with poor results. They got rid of some larger pests, but we were not satisfied with the overall results.

I have not had any issues. Calvin came and took care of the problem both outside and inside and I have no complaints.

Their service is good. They are a good company. The price is very affordable and I have been happy with them.

Rid a Bug people are extremely reliable. They know what they are doing. They are very good people. They've identified problems I didn't know about and fixed that.

I haven't seen anything I dislike. They were already servicing the property when we purchased it, so we just decided to continue using them.

I probably got them off of Angie's List. They seem to be very efficient. I only get a bill from them once a year. It's nice because it's a contract and if anything crops up, they'll take care of it. It's very, very cost effective. I've been very happy with them. I thank god that I don't have to deal with bugs.

They've done a good for me. The service guy is very good!

They have been very conscientious. They don’t just come out and do a regular service. They check every month to see that there is no ant or anything like that encroaching. I would use them again in the future.

They are always punctual and very responsive, if the mice empty the bait traps before the quarterly is due they come out and replace the bait very timely. Been dealing with them for about 6 years and we have been satisfied.

They are a delightful company and a lot of local people have recommended them.

I will continue to use this company.

They just showed up to do the inspection. It would be nice if someone would contact you before hand and ask if you wanted to continue to do that on a yearly basis.

There was an intial improvement in pests but we continued to have centipeds. They would complete the outside without calling first to make sure someone was at home for inside service. This would result in a second visit. We decided to try a different pest control company.

It is easy to call and get a visit scheduled. They are always right on time and perform the task in an efficient and effective manner.

Marty is very professional. He shows up on time. He writes a thorough report. He is really good about pointing things out to you. He is a nice guy. He makes recommendations to help prevent bugs around the house.

They are very easy to work with. We have a monthly schedule that they call to confirm the appointment because I have pets and children and other things to work around. They've always been very accommodating and make it easy on me which is very important. I will continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed is what I pay per month.

Marty was very prompt to do the initial assessment, very polite and very careful to remove his shoes in the house. The crew called before they arrived, came early and did a very thorough job of drilling and patching. Patches look very good and are hardly noticeable. They swept and cleaned up thoroughly. We would highly recommend them.

FIRST, THE INSPECTION REPORT WAS WRONG. THE BEES WERE IN THE PORCH AND DECK ALL ALONG - THEY WERE NOT GONE. SECOND, THEY TREATED THE HOUSE TWICE AND I STILL HAVE CARPENTER BEES IN THE DECK. THIRD, I'VE PAID THEM AND THEY KEEP INSISTING I HAVEN'T! THE BANK HAS FAXED COPIES OF THE CASHED CHECKED TWICE AND MAILED COPIES ONCE - AND THEY STILL CLAIM I DIDN'T PAY THEM. I'M REALLY AT WITS END AND I STILL HAVE CARPENTER BEES.

KEVIN WAS SUPPOSED TO COME SOME TIME IN THE AFTERNOON, AND CALL IN THE MORNING WITH A SPECIFIC TIME. HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AT 11AM SO HE CAME EARLY. HE SPRAYED WHERE THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF ANTS AND BEES, AND EVEN POINTED OUT A ROOF LEAK IN THE ATTIC THAT IS CAUSING MOLD. HE DID THE WORK IN ABOUT HALF AN HOUR.
