Description of Work: We set up an account for a quarterly service with Nelon-Cole. I was completely impressed from start to finish! When I called to inquire about service, the conversation was friendly and courteous. We were concerned about pet safety with pesticides. They fully explained procedures and then offered tips for keeping them safe. Services included complete interior and exterior treatment. Brad removed cobwebs from all the eaves and windows around the house. He was thorough and courteous, and even humored my request to avoid anywhere near one of my flower beds because there are several praying mantis' that live there. We are happy customers!

Description of Work: Renters left us a flea-infested house, we tried ourselves to get rid of them by using flea"bombs"-twice! Nelon-Cole gave us an estimate of $175, with a possible second treatment for $75. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. After the second treatment the fleas were gone. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThis has been my pest control company for the past year. The company we previously used went up on their prices and even the technician was unhappy with them. So I thought, if the technician thinks I need to switch companies, maybe its time I looked elsewhere. I found Nelon-Cole and have been very happy with them. The technicians are very professional and prompt. We get a call each quarter to set up timely appointments for the service and are never disappointed. They guarantee their work and if a pest is seen before the next service is due, they come back out, no questions asked. We have yet to experience that. All in all, a good, solid company to work with.

+ -1 moreThey are very nice to work with and very agreeable. They did a really good job. I was very happy with them. They were just very responsive to what I needed done.
Description of Work: I used Nelon-Cole as we were having a carpenter bee problem and I needed an exterminator and I called several people and this was the very specialized job and everybody else refused it. They were the only one who agreed to do it. It was very high up outside on the house but nobody else would work that high. It was the first time I used them.
