"The work that was preformed was horrible. This was new construction home and which we thought we hired this company and come to find out they sub contracted the work out. This was a total Sheetrock job. A lot of our personal property was used and damaged, none of the work was complete on 2 separate occasions, the owner was very disrespectful when we called him out on it,etc. I can’t explain everything we went through to get this job done properly. We had to hire someone else to complete the work. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away and 2 separate trips the work was supposed to be complete. I would not recommend and be careful signing their contract and giving them your direct account information!! They will try and withdraw the money without your knowledge and claim they made attempts to collect which is incorrect!!"

After 4 weeks, I combed my email for anything I might have missed. Neither of us had an email or a VM. I sent a follow-up email, but nothing. I called and left a VM, but nothing again. "This is for sure the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their shipment dates and the quality of their installation is awful. I ordered 2 doors for 10,000 dollars on May 24, 2022. After promising date after date they finally came September 27, 2022. The installation of the doors was a nightmare. We had 3 guys: one guy had no idea what he was doing, the second guy knew not much more, and the guy in charge did not know much more than the second guy. They put on a new front and back door. The handles on the door are crooked as a snake. Also after the salesman plainly told me they would put the storm doors back on, the contractor told me he would do neither. They said they didn't have time. One more thing, none of the guys knew how to put the key locks in the doors. They tried telling me they were the wrong ones and would not fit. My brother in law came over later in the evening and figured the locks out in 5 minutes. These are 3 rookie contractors trying to put in 5,000 a piece doors. If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service and crappy installation, then this is the place for you. As for me, I will never do business with this pitiful company again. One last thing I wanted to mention is beware of the salesman Brad Juchatz . He is nothing but a complete LIAR ."
