Chad came out, and we had a great conversation about our project. We were very excited to work with him, and he said it would be a week or so to get back to us with a quote. After 4 weeks, I combed my email for anything I might have missed. Neither of us had an email or a VM. I sent a follow-up email, but nothing. I called and left a VM, but nothing again. We got ghosted, and it hurts. Is it so hard to just email? 'Hey, thank you for the opportunity, but we have decided to pass on your project.'

They have a 10 year warranty. They really give a nice presentation and they give you a folder to keep your information. Very professional.

Here on time. Quality work is okay, that's why I recommend them. I used them before and my neighbors, they go a lot with recommendations.

We have been working with Baker Roofing company through our HOA. We had initially been told by a different company we needed a complete replacement, but were told by Baker they could repair the damage without a complete replacement. We had a continued issue with leaks affecting our breaker box two weeks after Baker Roofing completed their repairs and assured us that our roof was in good shape. They continue to insist that they did good work and not at fault for any of the issues we are having. We had a third opinion from a private contractor who gave us the following picture and evaluation.

They never got back to me. I don't want to say I'll never hire again. Your system requires a response - maybe you could add 'don't know' to the selections..... I also dislike giving a grad since they didn't come.

It went great! The quote was competitive with other roofers. Honestly though, I wasn't looking for the cheapest roof/roofer. I wanted a GOOD roof and a good contractor. The person who wrote up the quote was patient and answered all my questions. The work was promptly scheduled and started on time (a little early) and done according to the quote. The project Manager (Clint) was kind, patient, and always available to answer questions or address concerns. I don't think I got his voice mail even once. The roof was done according to the contract, no shortcuts and every detail taken care of as stated. I'm very happy with their service, promptness, professionalism, attention to detail and customer concerns and most importantly, with the new roof. Would definitely use Baker again.

There was damaged done to the roof because the gutters leaked. The initial contact that came to my house should have received a "C", but the onsite man did a great job he redesigned the gutter plans making the repair run smoothly.

Baker Roofing did an excellent job. We got five bids for the job and Baker stood out. The estimator, David Ignacio Guiterriz, understood what we needed/wanted and gave us a fair, competitive bid. The job foreman, Johnny Parker was responsive, professional, and skilled. The crew worked smart and quickly. The roof looks great.

Sales representative Dave Frawley came by to assess my situation before emailing an estimate. He offered suggestions and addressed all of my concerns about the product and process. After receiving and accepting the estimate, I had some more questions and he was extremely responsive and helpful...no push-back or reluctance, only enthusiasm! I strongly recommend asking for him if strong communication and support matter to you. The project manager, Clint Compton, was fully-engaged during (and after) the job. He monitored the crew's decisions and progress throughout both full days of the job. He tirelessly answered my questions and addressed my concerns (even quickly responding to calls or texts I made after working hours). I strongly recommend asking for Clint. His entire approach made me feel assured that the company had my best interests in mind. The crew leader, Juan, ran an organized and efficient crew. Courteous and polite, they seemed like they enjoyed their hard work. As an example, when the crew noticed that I was approaching the house with my lawn mower on a hot and humid day, they quickly cleared the area I was heading for (even though I had no intention of going that close to their work area). Great guys. I am very happy with the appearance of the roof. The cleanup after each day was a nice touch too.

It went very well. They solve the problem . They did a great job. And they provided warranty and the price was fair.

We had a great experience with Baker Roofing. The salesperson, D. Ignacio Gutierrez, went out of his way to make sure that we understood all of the options - and made 3 additional trips to our house with samples to make sure that we selected what was best for our house. The project manager, John Ryan, made sure we were informed. The crew was extremely hard-working and industrious. This is difficult work even on a pleasant day - and they were working in the heat of the summer. Communication was excellent, we knew exactly what to expect, and when. We will be using Baker for all of our roofing needs!

Excellent. The service from the sales professional was great. He provided quick answers to all my questions and made sure that some special flashing issues we had would be dealt with appropriately. The company has an Energy Star shingle available which was important to me. The project manager was wonderful at communicating with me and made sure everything was in good order when the work was finished. I am pleased with the quality of the work and with the excellent customer service. I am a repeat customer of this company and highly recommend them.

LOVE the new roof. Very professional, flexible, excellent workmanship. Project Manager, Robert Allen was fantastic. He communicated with me on a daily basis, many times more than one call to provide updates to all aspects of the job. I highly recommend using this company.

Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker. We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+. Their motto "to always do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work"is why they've been in business so long. Thank you, Baker Roofing.

The salesman, David Gutierrez, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He told me my options, answered all my questions, assured me that my existing gutters and gutter guards would be protected. He gave me a quote and estimated date for installation the same day we first met. There were no cost surprises. One extra sheet of plywood was needed, which I was told about at the time of installation. My estimated time of installation was 8 weeks out. They contacted me about 7 weeks later to schedule and were punctual. They had to work around rainy weather, but finished the job in 3 days as estimated. The project manager, Clint Compton, meet with me before, during and after to answer questions. He was on the job site often. I had access to him both on the job site and had his cell number. I could not have asked for more attention to detail than I received. Gutters and guards were protected. Clean up went well. I was very pleased with Clint's follow-up visit. Baker stands behind their work with 10 year warranty.

Baker exceeded our expectations. We were told by several they were the best but would be the most expensive. Their price was only slightly above the other quote we got, so we decided to go with Baker for their reputation, the length of time they've been in business, and the fact that they do only hand-nailing. The materials were of excellent quality and every employee was professional and attentive. They finished the job in 2 days when we were expecting three, were always gone before 6:00 and they cleaned up very well (we found 3 or 4 nails in our entire yard but I think a few strays are to be expected). Everything was well communicated in advance (for example we were told to cover things in the attic and take heavy things off walls; and we were given the addresses of some recent projects around town so we could compare shingle colors on actual houses) and on the work days. Our project manager, Chad, was particularly attentive and awesome. He personally brought the bill to us a couple weeks after completion so he could answer any questions we had, and get any small cosmetic things fixed (there were none). Some neighbors got a new roof a couple months later with a different company. Stuff in their attic got messy because they hadn't been told to cover it, and the crew roughed up the siding in one place and they had a hard time getting the company back out to fix that. I can't imagine any of that happening with Baker. Would recommend Baker to anyone I know!

They provided a quote after inspecting the roof and coordinated with the Insurance Company on any questions or differences that there were between the inspection by the Insurance Company contractor. They did a good job of protecting the shrubs and property. They are a master installer and took the time to do the job right. Other neighbors had used them and we got positive feedback on their work for them, which helped us to make our decision on who to use.

They replaced the entire roof, and they did our downspouts. There was a part on the chimney that needed to be replaced, so that was a part of it. The salesman came when we first asked them for an estimate. He came and looked at the roof, and he came with samples and coloring, so it was about what they do. Then, when we went forward they had a project manager on site from start to finish, so if you have any issues you can reach out to the project manager and it could be rectified. I guess the one thing they failed to tell us, I think they got a wrong email address. We have eaves up in the attic where we do storage. It didn't ding on us that there would be dust and debris. All the stuff in the attic was covered with roofing material and just a lot of dust. If we were told, we probably would have covered all of our things. So, that was the one disconnect. It just would have been nice to know. The pricing was good. Their price was very competitive to others, but there were things that exceeded the others. They're very responsive. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The project manager was here every day of the job to make sure everything was handled correctly.

Baker was very easy to work with and professional. I had a number of issues at my newly-purchased, older home, which required coordination with several other contractors. Baker worked with me to make sure the work got done in the proper sequence with the other contractors, and they did a very nice job.

Quality work at the same price many "storm chasers" quoted. Why not get a 10 or 25 year warranty from a company that's been around for over 100 years for the same price.

Chad was an excellent project manager from day 1 who kept us informed every step of the way. The roof was replaced expertly in the time stated and our home was kept covered and protected at all times. The clean-up was quick and our home was left in excellent condition.

Baker Roofing exceeded expectations. Patrick Lane was very courteous, professional, and committed to working out all details of the roof replacement, start to finish.

Salesman Rob Holt was excellent in explaining the process. Marvin Head, the project manager could not have been better. So nice & friendly & professional.
