the deck is not square, not level, the post for the roof do not connect to anything, the spindles spin around- they are not secure nor are they lined up straight, there is no ledgers, no lag bolts in the roof, not secure, there is so much wrong with the deck that it is having to be torn down and rebuilt.. I told the owner about these problems numerous times and he said he would fix it and on the last day that he was at my house, the workmanship got worse and I called him that evening and told him not to come back. I took many many pictures of the errors...Every contractor that has looked at the deck that was built has said the only way to fix it is to tear it down and start all over.. I had paid a deposit and paid for all the materials...
