He quickly provided an estimate, answered all my questions, altered the job per my request without attitude, and promptly had his team at my house at the agreed start date and time. He arrived with his team, they expertly completed the remodeling while respecting me and my home. Brent's team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They politely answered my questions as they worked and did not mind me watching them. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will definitely hire them again. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
