A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER

It took a while for someone to come out to measure, then an initial draft was made without getting the basics of what was desired. It was eventually worked out, but time was wasted because there wasn't enough upfront communication.

Absolutely a scam. I contacted them to do a ceiling and wall note which required a "design professional", code enforcement has some of the most ridiculous and expensive hoops, and Evolution drafting after taking my request and spending several weeks to figure out whether they could help me, they told me they could help me. This was great because my architect was swamped and I didn't want to have to wait to finish the project. I would have had to pay the architect anyways so what did it matter what "design professionl" I called. They quoted me with a very high price which I wasn't to upset. I knew they were in another state and I was beginning work with them so I figured it should be more than I expected. We agreed and began the process with sending materials like the already created drawings and an example of what I needed. They said ok and sent me the agreement which mentioned "narratives" for the project. I figured that was what I needed and the rest would be window dressing. I paid the deposit and then I had to wait months anyways. I felt a little stuck, but I kept calling and made sure to check in on the status of the work. Finally it was "completed" or so I thought. They asked for final payment before they would let me see or give me copies (I should have known). They sent me a huge stack of stuff... but not what I asked for. I forwarded it to code enforcement and they said it wasn't right. I called Evolution drafting and they responded rather quickly, but not how I would expect. They told me that they wouldn't complete the work and I needed to talk to the manager and he would explain. I reminded them that's why I reached out to them and then they asked for more info so they could help. Poof, then they disappear. Can't get a response from anyone. I get nervous and begin asking for a deadline. No response. Then I finally get a response that the owner or manager or whatever would give me a call. He never did. My wife got angry and assumed I was scammed and started doing damage control to make sure they didn't rob us blind. She also decides to make it her mission that everyone knows how terrible these people are, even calling out fake looking reviews. I am convinced that it is the right thing to do because they finally called me. Only it was them threatening legal action for "harassing" them and defamation. I had to remind him that he still has my money and still hadn't completed the letter I had asked him for...This company even lied to Discover and told them they had been working to resolve the issue. They were doing no resolving unless it was figuring out how to take the money and avoid me. I don't make a lot of money and being a disabled vet and public school teacher (guilt trip intended) so something like this really hurt my family. We are trying everything we can to get our money back, but we will just have to settle for stopping these scammers for now.

To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. I engaged this company on Nov 26, 2024 to create blueprints for a house built in the late 1800s. My intent is to rehab the old mansion to its former glory. The company subcontracted the work out to a local architect; she was very good and was methodical in documenting all the dimensions of the home. I was promised I would receive a draft of the blueprints by January 9, 2025. I did not receive them and no one conveyed to me the cause for the delay. I sent several emails and left numerous voicemails for someone to contact me. I received another email from JoAnna on January 22, 2025 telling me there were some measurements missing which caused the delay. She again promised I would have the drafts by end of day. I have sent additional emails with no response as she nor Zac will take my calls or return my voicemails. It is now February 1,2025 and I still have no draft blueprints. They have $3750 of my money and I have nothing.

worst experience ever ,i signed contract for single family drafting to be done in four weeks its been eight weeks didn't receive anything from them , they lie every time i followup.and lately ignoring my call .

Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution.

Great service. Zac was our point of contact in the beginning Then Margret did the drawings. The whole team was great. I loved working with them and will surly will work with them again. Our house was only around 1700 square feet under roof, and will look forward to the next house we do.

Very responsive and accommodating. Fast turnaround and very competitively priced. Will use them for future designs.
