The work was not up to expectations. When the quality was mention, the work was reperformed they way we expected.

We had the good fortune of having this Company give an estimate for the exterior of our home this past Wednesday. Such nice folks came by and offered a very fair price. Thursday afternoon, their crew did the pressure wash. They came early today, a husband/wife team. She does the taping and finishing. He does the spray and everything else. What nice people. They are a smooth operating team. We are so very pleased, he quoted us some interior painting. They start Monday. It was our good fortune to have this Company do work for us, and it could be your good fortune as well.

We approached JP’s paints for painting the exterior of our home. Lindsay and Julian walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns. Once we received the approvals, their crew started the work immediately. They did a wonderful job with fixing the stucco, painting and cleanup. Everyone was very professional and took real care of the property. I would give them 5 stars on all the aspects of the project. We got so many positive comments from the neighbors already. Lindsay assured us that we would be pleasantly surprised and they would do a great job. They kept their promise and we are so happy how the house looks with the new paint. We would definitely recommend them to someone hiring for their painting projects. Wishing them all the very best in their future endeavors .

First impressions are very important! This company does not know definition of "Good Customer Service" when it comes to making, confirming, and keeping appointments. They contacted us by text to set up an "estimate" appointment (8-9am), then confirmed it by text, only to text me later on to change it. A text, that I did not receive until the next day and time of my "original" appointment. They gave me a new time, then when I responded to them, I am told that time is now taken, and they can't come until the following day. No apology for me wasting my morning due to their miscommunications! in fact they tried to say we never discussed the original 8-9am appointment. However, I have all the text messages from them that prove differently. Here is a suggestion for them. If you offer a customer an appointment time, especially by text or email, then treat that appointment time as taken by that customer until you positively confirm that it is "NOT" taken, instead of filling it with a different customer because it is convenient for you! This is very poor customer service.

They were great, I am absolutely calling again. So hard working, will trust them with all future projects. They made sure I was happy with each step, and little to no stress. Thank you guys, can't wait for the next one!

Julian and Lindsay came out to review the project and a few hours later provided us with a quote. Following a short discussion about the project, we selected them and are extremely happy with the work the crew did in painting the exterior of our house. Our house looks like new again! There was an area of stucco delamination and you can’t tell where is is now! We will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to all!

My experiences with JP’s has always been great. Most recently he painted the exterior of one of my commercial buildings. His crew took the time to repair a few bad spots in the stucco, and got the work done ahead of schedule. JP, the owner made sure that we were happy as always.

Julian was very professional, fast responses, very informative and got the job done in a very timely manner! What I like most is the paint job looks really good! He also did an amazing job remodeling our home! We didn't have to get multiple people, it was all done through him! Very nice and curious too! Will be using Jp's again!
