"We used Jack Wade to sell our Missoula, MT home and recommend him without qualification. You only know how good someone is when things get tricky, which they did on our transaction. He navigated health issues on my part which restricted when/how the home could be shown and other challenges including the buyers' initial financing falling through at the last minute.
