They were responsive to the inquiry and price competitive. The car was picked up in short order and arrived a couple of days later. I've been through this drill before and been unhappy, but these folks were very good!

Okay. a bit of a screw up on the actual transporter. They had a truck going earlier so we agreed to do that but they never communicated internally and the second transporter showed up. It all went well.

Perfect! Dave explained the process from start to finish and didn't take a dime until the car was in our possession. He kept email and telephone contact and was prompt to respond to any questions with reassurance. He selected the perfect driver who was thorough at the pick up and called 24 hours before picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Nothing about this process was difficult, Dave made this the least difficult part of a cross country move.

Dave Miller sent me a quote for an enclosed & open transport for vehicle. I told him I was interested in the enclosed quote and asked if he could contact me to discuss. He called me within a couple of hours and answered all questions (I had a lot) and cleared any concerns I had since I hadn't done this before. Dave explained the process from set-up & pick-up to delivery (including payment options). I went ahead and put in the order online and Dave contacted me within a couple of days to tell me it was all set up. He gave me the carrier info (rating, driver info, etc etc) for the carrier and I gave him the "ok" to finalize order. Carrier was awesome, he contacted me to let me know what was going on. He picked up the vehicle and delivered it within two days to my driveway. He phoned me along the way a couple of times to update me. Dealing with Auto Transporters Online was awesome, didn't feel any stress or worry about my vehicle. In these type of deals, communication is key....and Dave did an excellent job!

I called Dave to inquire about his service and the details of transporting vehicles. I was comfortable with his explanation and set up the transport. Since I had plenty of time before the transfer, he kept in touch. He emailed the details of the transfer and was happy to discuss any questions. Twenty-four hours prior to the pickup, Gary, who owns GS Auto Transport, called. About 30 minutes out the following day, he called and arrived on time. He and his assistant took great care of loading the cars. I departed and went to the location where the cars are kept. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, unloaded the cars and parked them. I recommend Dave Miller. He selected a top notch provider. Every detail he promised was delivered.

We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model. Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada. Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect! The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email. We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. Dave, with Auto Transporters Online.com, immediately assessed our needs for the transport, including providing best cost to us and convenience to my son, the car owner, who was recently transferred to a new location. My 2005 Pathfinder was transported from Los Angeles to Tampa Florida. Dave was fantastic. He communicated daily with me and made sure all was smooth. He contacted a great carrier and the car arrived safe and sound within 5 days. If anyone is uncomfortable about dealing with car transport please get in touch with Dave and he will take care of u. I will definitely use his company again.

My son joined the service and got stationed on the East Coast in New Jersey. But of course I live in Henderson NV. which is much closer to the West Coast. So I called a few transport companies for prices and such. But I knew I found the right one after talking to Dave. He was very informative, and I really felt that I had developed a good re pore with him after our first communication. Upon my son's request Dave also gave him a call and talked with him as well. Throughout the entire shipping procedure Dave was always available to answer any of our question and concerns. He really worked with us through all stages of the process. The car was picked up on its designated pick up day, and was actually delivered to my son a day earlier than the earliest day of the drop off day. This was the first time that I have ever shipped a car, and it was a terrific experience working with Dave. If I need to ship another car I'm going to use them again.

I worked with Dave Miller at auto transporters and they gave me a low quote, which I didnt know whether to believe or not at first. However, when it ended that it was going to be more than the quoted price, Dave brought his fee down so that the total price would meet the quote. The driver they chose was pretty good. Although the dates he gave me changed a bit. There was about a 3 day window. Which is understandable, and the car came safely. Dave was great, when I couldnt get in touch with the driver he immediately called them and they called me back. I would absolutely do business with them again and wish I had known about this company the first time I transported my car.

A+. This was truly a great experience all around. I located Auto Transporters Online using Angie's List. I sent Dave an email requesting a quote and projected timelines. Dave responded in a very timely manner with a very competitive quote. I contacted Dave telephonically to get some additional information since this was the first time I had used an auto transporter. Dave was very patient and very thorough in explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. Dave and I reached an agreement and Dave posted the vehicle for movement. Within two days I was notified that a carrier had been identified. I worked out the details for the loading (time and location) and that went off without a hitch. Although the Midwest was hit with a terrible winter storm, the driver was still able to get the vehicle to the delivery location in a very timely manner and in perfect condition. The download went equally smooth as well. I needed to transport a 2000 Honda Civic from my home in southern New Hampshire to my son in LA. This was my first experience with needing this type of service. After doing some research on-line and then speaking to Dave Miller at Auto Transporters Online, I decided to use their service because I wanted to minimize risk and also know that I could reach them if I needed additional assistance. Within a couple of days of signing up for the service, Dave went the extra mile to locate an interested trucker that met his high standards. The trucker called me and we arranged the pickup at a shopping center that I suggested would be convenient for me around the time he was going to be in my area. (I live in a rural town with roads that are not sized for maneuvering a large truck to my house.) The pickup went smoothly on 3/13 and the car was in LA on 3/19. My son was not available to meet with the trucker the evening of the 19th so the delivery was done the next morning. The trucker was able to get to a side street very close to my son?s apartment making the end of the delivery process very easy. The car was understandably dirty since it was not enclosed during the trip but, other than that, it arrived safe and sound. Dave got in touch with me afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory.

They were excellent. They showed up on time, and they delivered it sooner than we anticipated. The pricing was good. They refused to take money until they were ready to actually come and pick the car up.

The provider sent a price quote but could not schedule a pick up or delivery date within the time frame I needed the vehicle transported.

This is the first time we have shipped a car anywhere and were very nervous about the whole procedure. I checked Angie's List and found this company. Cory, the representative, was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining the different levels of service, etc. The company that actually transported our car was Avanti...they had had mixed reviews over the internet, so I again called Cory. He assured me of the criteria that Auto Transports use and how Avanti matched up. He also encouraged me to call him with any questions, at any time in the process. Well, after a shaky start (they were supposed to give me 24 hours notice and instead I received 3 hours!), George, the Avanti driver came. He was meticulous in marking on his paper any scratches, dings, etc. and making certain we were aware of every step in the procedure. He also gave me his cell number to call, if I had any concerns. The car arrived on time, in great condition, with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever! I would definitely use Auto Transporters again, as well as recommend them to others.

We have transported vehicles over the years successfully - with the exception of our last experience. Since our previous service went out of business during the recession, we decided to get help in locating a replacement = Auto Tranporters Online. The Saturn was slated for transport from WA DC - Mercer Island, WA: *The transporter service was not in compliance with FMCSA regulations via BOL. *The transporter refused to pick up in WA DC (even in areas accessed by other big rigs w/high trailers)) - we ended having to drive to Maryland. *The transporter delivered on Mercer Island, but only in the middle of a busy street, after (2) days of negotiation. *The transporter insisted we pay more then the agreed on price - we did not. *We had to provide the driver route and drop-off location options - he had no dispatch support. Please note that we are very understanding of the difficulties not only for drivers, but also for transportation companies. My husband is a Sr. Design engineer for a large truck manufacturing company and carries a CDL - I have experience in logistics in truck manufacturing - thus we are in a unique situation in knowing the capabilities of auto transport. So, when the driver and dispatcher were making the argument that pick up/delivery could not take place in certin areas because of accessibility and the turning radius of their tractor trailer - we knew they were incorrect. The transportation company was a scam, the experience as a customer was a nightmare, and Auto Transporter Online should have screened them out.

Cory was the representative that I worked with. He was helpful and had excellent communication. It was pretty flawless.

Excellent company. This was the 5th time that I have had to transport a auto. This was the best experience so far. Hopefully, I will never have to do this again but, if I do, this is the only company I will use.
