I had never discovered the majesty of the Bitterroot Valley in Montana, yet I knew I wanted to own a vacation home in the area. Jodie H***** contacted me immediately after an internet search for realtors. Little did I know then that I had "hit the jackpot" as she is the premiere realtor in the entire area. Her professional, yet personable experience and knowledge in this area found me the perfect home.

+ -1 moreI found Zootown Realty through the NAEBA, and organization of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Jodie contacted my and was able to provide references for her services and explain the process of helping people find homes in the Missoula area, as well as resources that she uses. After agreeing to work with her she was immediately able to start sending me listings and made excellent use of her online resouces to identify and narrow down a list of homes that I was able to see when i finally made it to town. I only had a week to look at all the homes on my list, select a home, make an offer, and get the home inspected. Jodie's expertise in the area made all of this possible.
Description of Work: Jodie L H is an exclusive buyers agent located in Missoula, MT. She works exclusively for and with home buyers. She is very technical savy and works around the clock to help people find the home they are looking for. Jodie worked around the criteria I had for a home and was able to send me multiple options vie e-mail since I started the process before physically being in the area. She was able to show me all the homes that I had narrowed down onto my list and helped my through the process of offering for the home, negotiating a price and closing conditions, scheduling with a home inspector and finally closing on the house.Jodie is very knowledgeable about the area and the other professionals in her field and I would recommend her to any one looking to buy a home in Missoula and the surrounding area.
