The letter I wrote to them will sum their conduct up well enough for your consideration on whether to rent from them (please, find someone else - these guys s-u-c-k). "We were two single guys in a unit that was in shoddy shape the day we moved in. We were not college kids throwing parties on the weekends. Ask our neighbors about how upstanding we were in representing your rental company. I spent 12 hours weedeating and mowing the lawn leading up to our move-out date. Where was that work included in the $500 you charged me for "additional cleaning"? I paid a professional carpet cleaner for the floors, as well as an individual cleaning company ($150 for 3 hours) to help with cleaning. I understand that there were some cleaning tasks left to accomplish. But, $500 worth? Come on, Caras. Do you wonder why your reviews are in the gutter across all platforms? Do you care? No, I'm sure not. Because you're making your profits.

Took about 2 days. Installed wallboard in the mechanical room between floor joists and sealed to keep mice out the room. Installer worked hard, was friendly and had prior experience in this type of work. Cleaned up after the project. Supervisor called for a time to review the work and provide the bill. I had to call them back for a spot where we needed to put in some rodent resistant foam where electrical wires and duct work went through the wall. They were willing to listen to ideas I had. Was good outfit to work with and they were very professional.
