"We are very pleased! Instead of listening to a hurry up and contract with us style, this small, family owned company listened to our needs and discussed their solutions. As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! They showed us how easy it is to run and maintain. A+"

My furnace was 23 years old. So I knew it had to be replaced soon. Since it was late they loaned use 3 space heaters. I can’t tell you how thankful I was. This seemed high based on prices posted on various websites, but I felt I had no choice since it was already Friday mid-afternoon. I have no complaints about the work but, had I known ahead of time what they charge, I would have called a few other places first. Caveat emptor!"
