+ -1 moreMy experience with this company has been painless! I have never felt like they have tried to over sell me for my new furnace then repairs to my air conditioner. I appreciate it when they give me options and write up the differences in cost so I can make my own decisions on what I can afford. They are truthful. I love that I have a yearly maintenance agreement with them and they do the thinking for me. They offer a discount on any repairs or replacements. No service charge to come out.
