They checked out out aged failing system and discussed options. We elected to replace the old unit. They did a good installation, and it seems to work very well. It is a much better unit than the old one. It softens less frequently and uses way less salt.

I have been working with 1ST Choice Water Solutions for four months now, and they have been a life saver to me when I needed lots of appliance upgrades on my home. They are and have been from the beginning, extremely responsive to all my water appliance needs. They've always been quick to respond whenever I call, usually within a day or two, consistently, which has been awesome! Their staff and customer service are the best in the business!! They come out monthly to replace my water filters, since I am unable to change them on my own, and they even lift those heavy 40 lb bags of softener pellets to refill my water softener. There's NO WAY I could do that on my own. I am so happy with 1ST Choice Water Solutions and their professional, competent staff, that I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come. I absolutely loved working with 1st Choice water solutions! Right from the first phone call with Ben to the installation, everything was so seamlessly handled by their team. Ben very patiently worked with our demands and gave us the best price he had. Bruce and Ryland who came in for the installation did a thorough job and walked us through every step of the install. They're truly a knowledgeable duo! Highly recommend using them for your project.

Ben tested the water and spent time explaining the process for replacing the old water softener with a new unit. The installer Bruce and his helper did a quick removal and new water softener installation. The only negative, they should have told me I may need to clean out the water filter on the tankless water heater due to sediment getting dislodge in the water line during the new install of the water line. I would still use them again and recommend them.

The technicians were prompt and efficient. They arrived right on time and finish the job up pretty quickly.
