They came the same day, the only issue was the price was a little higher than what I expecting for change out a capacitor. Outside of that, they did an excellent job.

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Tech arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed and replaced the faulty part. Will be hiring them again.

Had an air conditioner installed last week by Clark and Ray. They were done within 3 hours including a detailed explanation of their work. I would highly recommend this company. Everything from setting up and scheduling to installation was handled professionally and on time. An excellent experience.

They have done this work for me for the past 3 years and they are always thorough and let me know what they believe will go wrong going forward. The furnace works great and I am able to turn it on for the winter when they are done.

These guys were great. I bought coupon through Angies list at 8:30AM had them on the phone with first call at 8:45AM and they were to my place by 3:00PM same day. They showed up in given time window and beyond helping find furnace issue they gave some pointers on other items we might need. Our home was relatively new construction and building company cut some corners leaving ducts open during construction - these guys identified duct problem and recommended cleaning (they don't do cleaning so this was not an up-sell) and gave advice on what air filters would be best to use in meantime. Kind and courteous to my wife. Big thumbs-up.

The repair went well! The technician arrived on time, had our issue diagnosed quickly, and had the igniter replaced within had an hour! He even took out, and cleaned, our flame sensor (not a fun job on our furnace, due to location) at no charge to make sure it started efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased with the service! I don't often write reviews...but when a company squeezes you in, still shows up when promised, and does a great job, that should be acknowledged!

They did a wonderful job, very courteous. I came over when they said they will and I will recommend them to others.

When it came time for my heat to kick in this fall - it did not work. I called them to come look at it (as it worked pre-AC install), and upon calling them, I go the scripted speech from the man on the phone about how there was no way his guys could have messed up the wiring because they are the best out there and integrity if at the core of the business (even suggested me being "difficult" for not being able to make the first couple offered time slots...). The guy who came out to do the actual was GREAT. If I could only review him I would. He looked at the wire job and actually said "Come on, guys" - there was a loose wire and something has been missed in the setup. There is also a whole issue with my wifi thermostat that I won't even get into in much detail, but I have a feeling these guys have had gotten in trouble the past and are just trying cover themselves, because they wouldn't install it for me, and my new HVAC people, as well as the manufacturer of the product itself both called these people "idiots" for not doing knowing better. I still can't find one review on amazon that doesn't contradict what they told me. All that aside, the breaking point for me was when I decided to get a new furnace this week, and after the shady feeling around the wifi thermostat issue, as well as the bad wire job around my AC unit, I called a different company. The guy came out to look around today, and to say the least, he was NOT impressed with these guys' job on installing my AC unit this summer. He told me it was a "very shoddy job" that they did. He mentioned they used tape in places that should have been sealed with sealant. In general, he was incredibly put off and making comments about things they did poorly. Makes me sick knowing how much money they took from me. Sure they were able to come in to do work quick, but maybe there was a reason. BEWARE. To the owner of this business, re-evaluate who is doing these installs for you. To Angie's list folks, look elsewhere. This business is far too competitive to waste your time with someone who isn't going to do a good job. This is your home.

I contacted Greg after I turned on the heater for the first time and noticed a burning smell coming from the ducts. While they were booked out three days in the future, Greg found a way to work us into the schedule the same day. Within hours, they had the problem diagnosed and had located the parts needed to fix it--all at a fair and reasonable cost. Additionally, they offered advice on how best to maintain our air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again with future work.

They said it couldn't be fixed and I needed a new AC unit. Called a friend that owns a commercial HVAC. All it need was a freon.

Company technician arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed problem for the cost of the service call.

Tech was very professional considering the down pour of rain that happened when he was working on the unit. He answered all my questions and was quick and professional.

Our A/C stopped working. They came just in time and fixed the problem on the first visit, $49 service fee + $350 for the parts and labor. I have no problem with that. Unfortunately, it barely worked for 6 days and broke again. They came and charged us another $49 for the service call and another $150 for the parts repair again. They didn't allow to waive the $49 service call and no discount at all because the problem was not from the parts they replaced 6 days ago. I asked them to do an overall inspection in case there were some other problems (I don't want to waste both time and money again and again), they asked for another $69. WILL NOT HIRE AGAIN FOR SURE.

I was very pleased with the price, ease of scheduling, and the efficiency and professionalism of the technician who visited to perform the service.

They're really good. I would use them again.
