She just was so grouchy (I would use another word) and mean to me. I was joking when I said the blinds were probably 25 years old and I told her so, but she just went off on me. She said they can't clean old blinds because they can fall apart. and they can't get parts for them, blah, blah, blah. She then proceeded to say goodbye before I could get another word out of my mouth and hung up on me. Not a nice person. It doesn't matter if it is the end of the day and you didn't have a good day, you still treat customers with the dignity and respect they deserve Samantha."
