Excellent. Love this company

The On-Site team did an outstanding job packing all of my items in a timely and efficient manner. They are professional, personable, and trustworthy. They handle valuable belongings with care; expertly packing, documenting and labeling each box of items. The moving team went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were securely loaded. The On-Site team safeguarded my home, covering their shoes upon entry, placing liners on the floor when moving, and swiftly cleaning up before leaving for the day. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend their services.

We had a small kitchen fire and fire retardant went EVERYWHERE from the fire extinguisher and the fire department. On Site came very quickly to assess damages, fire happened on a Friday night and they were at my house Saturday morning! The on Site team did a fantastic job! Everyone was so nice and I felt that they genuinely cared about my family and I, and what had happened. They were respectful of all our belongings, and took great care in cleaning everything. The team was at my house for approximately 2 weeks, we got to know them quite well! They were even great with my dogs and had no problem if I had to drop them off for a little while (we were in a hotel for those 2 weeks, and it was difficult to leave them alone). Even though our lives were turned upside down and things were crazy for a while we had a positive experience with On Site! Thank You to ALL :)

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in 2 years (different houses, different issues) that I have had to use On site. This time it was to test and remove mold in my basement but I have also used them to remove water and dry the room out. Everyone I spoke with warned me that mold remediation companies would use scare tactics to oversell services and charge extremely high rates. Not at all the case with On site. Each time I have worked with Jason who is both knowledgeable and professional. Jason reassured me that I had a manageable concern, worked with me every step of the way and made me feel confident that the issue had been resolved without going "overboard". I appreciated his continuous follow-up and the entire team's commitment to quality. I have referred others to On site in the past and they have all been very satisfied with their work and pricing.

We contacted them and they contacted us the next day. We were told we were on the waiting list and there were 200 in line ahead of us. This was when we had heavy rain here in Detroit. We called back a week later and set up an appointment because they never called us back to make an appointment. We set up the appointment and no one showed up. We never got a call back from them to reschedule or let us know they couldn't do the estimate at the appointment time.

Everything is fine so far.

We had a flood in our basement...3inches throughout a fully carpeted and dry walled basement. They came within 2 hours of calling. By the end of the day they had removed carpeting and baseboards and set up dehumidifiers and air movers. Within three days everything was dry including the drywall! Then the vacuumed the entire basement. The lead fellow Carlos was informative, hard working and empathetic. The supervisor Jason maintained contact with us throughout this time and would send encouraging text messages. We did not have flood insurance so they worked to keep costs low. Most of the cost were the machines and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say strongly enough how satisfied I am with the work On-Site did with the cleanup of a huge mess. I spent the morning on the phone with a number of companies, including ones rated well on this site. When I called On-Site, the office staff was great. Pam Fitz sent me a quick email with electronic business card for Carlos Garcia including his availability to be at my house within 90 minutes. The other companies were nowhere close in professionalism (one said they could not email me info). There were a couple companies who did not even call back. Carlos and his team mate worked very quickly to seal the room and start the cleanup. They spent quite a while getting everything carefully moved and the demo complete. They set up an air scrubber and dehumidifier which ran for 3-4 days. Carlos was back every day to check on the units and take moisture readings. He always arrived on time. On-Site also sent someone out from the office to work with the insurance company and assess cleaning/repair of damaged items. I strongly endorse On-Site and Carlos. Their pricing was slightly higher than a couple other companies, but the rapid response and quality of work was well worth the additional cost.

The experience was really good except for a couple of things. One was that one item was missing and I never did get a clear response on that. The other was, it was a very difficult circumstance under which they had to work and I understand that, but at the very end it felt like they just wanted to hurry up and be done. In the very beginning, they were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't say enough about them. The carpet layers worked very, very hard. I just kind of had the feeling that maybe the poor workers got more put on them than they anticipated. But they were wonderful, courteous and did a great job. The cost was covered by my insurance. The total cost that they received was probably $1500 and that's not to say that I paid all of that. I had to pay $1000 deductible.

It went very well. The pricing was reasonable and upfront. They knew how to work with customers so they were not gouging. It was almost like an ala carte menu. Everyone was terrific. Their response was like 2 hours from the call to being at my place. I would absolutely use them again.

This company was well represented by their employee, Jessie. He was a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about flood restoration and what it took to correctly dry out my basement. He was conscientious about his quality of work, showed up when he said he was coming, and patiently answered my zillions of questions. When other employees came to help Jessie, they were just as professional. He found additional water under the floor tiles and removed them. To say I was pleased is an understatement. I would recommend this company again in a heartbeat.

Never had the problem before, so I was really scared and concerned. They handled everyting and told me that they were equpped to fix it all. They were very professional and helpful. They were calm in a time of total chaos and they raised the black cloud out of our life. My husband was out of town. Thank you

Each of the On-Site teams was outstanding--from Marcela and Cecilia and the rest of the contents crew to Jeremy and Victor doing the garage drywall and repairs to the painting crew and carpet cleaners On-Site brought on board for the job. Our project manager, Bill W., did a great job of overseeing things and juggling our project with many others he was handling. Not only were the On-Site folks professional and good at what they do, but to a person, they were friendly, pleasant, and just nice people! From day one after meeting the contents crew, we felt completely at ease leaving our house and belongings in their care while we temporarily stayed at a hotel. If an issue arose, On-Site was flexible and fair in helping us resolve it. Someone always answered our phone calls and emails or called us to update us on the project. On-Site also worked well with our insurance company to move things along. Even the company's owner, Victor, stepped in to help us resolve an issue and ensure that work would proceed as promised. I give Victor and his On-Site crew an overall "Excellent" rating and would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I went to Angie’s List and decided to call On-Site. They were here in about 30 minutes. They shut off our water. The technician walked me through all the rooms that were wet and explained exactly what they were going to do. Another crew of women came and they packed all my wet stuff and took it their warehouse where they dried and cleaned everything, I didn’t have to do a thing. The technicians at my house cleaned up all the mess and came in with all this equipment to dry my house. I just sat there and watched in amazement, they were really nice and really cared about my stuff. After everything was dry, they came in and put up new walls, painted everything. They did what they said they were going to do, they always showed up on time and really listened to what I wanted. Then after everything was repaired, they brought all my stuff back and even put it all away for me. They dealt directly with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to do anything. They did great work and I highly recommend them. I also love their 10 Year Warranty.
