Oriental Rug Pet Pee Pee Odor Removal

I had called a few weeks back and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I wrote a review. The owner contacted me 3 times apologizing, even talking to my wife. Next day he put a review on my company as retaliation. Take your business elsewhere , this company would rather bully people then take care of the problem. A DIRECT LIE posted by this company and its owner. I filed a complaint with the Better Business but there was no response from the company.

I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee.

We were so happy to find Martin and his Pet Pee Pee videos on YouTube. He seemed so passionate about the cleaning process that we did not hesitate to contact him. Not only did he remove the horrible cat urine odor from the area rug, but also sold us a great rug pad to preserve the rug. Will recommend him without hesitation - A++ service!

Working with Meir was a complete pleasure. He was prompt, professional, personable and completed the cleaning in a few days and returned the rugs to me very quickly. Cleaning job was excellent with no trace of urine smell at all. Rugs look fantastic after the cleaning. On a side note,I also used his cleaning product on dog vomit and it worked fantastic with no adverse affect to my rug. I would definitely use Meir again for removal of urine and poop from my oriental rugs.

Martin promptly showed up at the agreed upon time, clearly and plainly explained the situation and what would and would not work with complete honesty and offered his suggestions for cleaning the rugs. We immediately felt quite comfortable with him and opted to give him the job, although his price was a bit on the high end, we were convinced it was the right way to go! Having had these same rugs cleaned previously by other companies we chose not to return to, we were quite happy with the rapid 3 day turn around and excellent results Martin's Pet Pee Pee Odor Removal firm provided! We'll definitely use him when we need the carpets cleaned again!

Love Martin! He was extremely responsive, with a quick turnaround of our oriental carpet. Our elderly cat mistook our very nice rug for her otter box and we tried everything to clean the odor out. Martin not only got the odor out but it looks like a new carpet! He's extremely knowledgeable about oriental runs, their origin and quality and I learned some great tips about their care and furniture too. He also produces a home version of his cleaning technique so we are all set for any future accidents. So glad he's in the area.

I have a kitty who developed kidney/UTI issues and was peeing occasionally on my area rugs, rather than in her litter box. Pet Pee Pee picked up the rugs and cleaned them, removing the odor entirely. They are awesome!

They have bright, vibrant colors, which were completely unharmed by the cleaning process. I am so thankful. I have my beautiful rugs back, odor-free and in excellent condition. Martin came to my house, and gave me an estimate to clean my large (11x18) rug. The price was very competitive, and he gave me an Angie's list discount. The rug came out great. They do a fabulous job! The take the rugs away and bring them back with no stain and no odor. They truly work! There is zero smell after they bring them back.

We were the perfect match for PetPeePee! We had an expensive smelly oriental carpet that we had tried everything we could to salvage. After trying multiple rug cleaning services using various cleaning techniques we had not been able to eliminate the smell of dog urine. They did a better job on stains than anyone which was great. Dear Martin, Thank you so much for taking great care and cleaning my favorite antique Persian rug. I treasure my antique Persian rug. It is several generation old. I was so scare to have it cleaned. It had smelled because of the new and old pee stains. Martin performed a miracle on my beautiful rug. He had it cleaned and dried within a few days. The smell is gone and my rug is cleaned. It is in perfect condition for an old hand made rug. Martin walked me through the process and uses Dead Sea water to clean the rug. It worked! I told Martin, I was going to wait to write this review and make sure the smell is gone and it looks clean. A month later, there is no smell of any kind. Nothing. That is perfect. PetPeePee is first class! Our elderly dogs loved this oriental runner! Suffice it to say, it smelled so badly - despite many attempted cleanings on our part - it simply was no longer usable. This special rug survived Katrina and had many other special attachments, so we decided to see if it could be cleaned of the doggie peepee odor. Did the Angies List review and found this awesome company. Of course, we were suspect, as it involved an out of state company, sending a valuable rug to an unknown person/company, trusting that company's reputation for quality outcomes/excellence. Spoke with the owner. In fact, he phoned us a couple of times to discuss what we wanted to have done. We sent it out and, within a week, we had it back. INCREDIBLY!!! THERE IS NO LONGER ANY ODOR AT ALL!!!! My husband came home this evening and the first thing he did was kneel down on the rug for the "Big Sniff Test." He was as thrilled as I was earlier in the day when I did the exact same thing! Our rug was shipped home with a fabulous pad so that any future "accidents" can be absorbed. We so appreciate that extra special action. We are willing to pay for a job well done and equally willing to detail less than adequate experiences. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, we just needed the carpets cleaned and the price was much higher due to his specialty in odor removal. He has a helpful video on his site that shows how he cleans.

We were emailing trying to schedule an appointment. He was out of state, he said he would send the packing materials, when I asked where he was, he was in Florida, and I am in Indiana. I just did not want to mail my rugs and decided to get a refund on the purchase. He was very kind about this.

Martin clarified that b/c of the material/construction of my rug, he would not be able to perform the specified service. He was extremely honest and up front--and I appreciate him saving us both the trouble of moving further on.

I mailed drape to PetPeePee Oriental rug, Drapery Urine Odor Removal in my own box. However, he had offered to ship me a box to mail it to him, but I was in a hurry so I decided to ship it on my own. They guaranteed they’d be able to remove cat urine. They did! The drapery itself had been stiff with urine and odor. He promised it would be odor free and the fabric would be as soft as it had been before, and that it would not shrink. He certainly fulfilled his promises. He shipped it back within a week, and it was placed neatly inside the box. It was quite a nice business transaction and was a good experience. I would definitely use him again, should I need his services.
