 + -1 moreSamantha was very rude to me over the phone. I went to explain about the blinds I was looking to have cleaned and repaired and what I got was a poor customer experience with a very RUDE woman. She just was so grouchy (I would use another word) and mean to me. I was joking when I said the blinds were probably 25 years old and I told her so, but she just went off on me. She said they can't clean old blinds because they can fall apart. and they can't get parts for them, blah, blah, blah. She then proceeded to say goodbye before I could get another word out of my mouth and hung up on me. Not a nice person. It doesn't matter if it is the end of the day and you didn't have a good day, you still treat customers with the dignity and respect they deserve Samantha.

 + -1 moreThe blinds had a lot of residue, dust and build up. They removed the blinds and rehung them after cleaning. Now they look great and I will probably have them out every year for cleaning and upkeep of all my blinds.

 + -1 moreI had to wait a month before they came out because they are so busy. They take the blinds off of the windows and took them to their truck to clean them. They are amazing and do excellent work.
