"JCI is extremely unprofessional, charged me close to 2k for nothing. I used there services twice first time to pump a septic tank which took 2 weeks if not more and the second time to troubleshoot backflow for snake tank. I was under the impression service would be quicker but they had to pump the tank in between installment of deposit due to them being untimely. They where on site for a 1hr dig up 12 of dirt and ran a camera and told me nothing was wrong. I am more disappointed they want me to pay the full price and the lack of impromptu services. Blame was placed on me for there lack of scheduling stating I did not inform them this was a commercial print. Regardless people occupied the home and needed service at least scheduled. I feel robbed."

I have to have a pro come out to re-seam it and repair the padding. And check your receipts, carefully. I was charged for the equipment they needed to complete the job, not just the materials, and for some other personal items, like a phone charging cord. Some of the materials I had to pay them for I saw them carry back out to their car. If I paid for them, they belong to me. And they were late for every scheduled appointment. Also, he billed himself as Crosswork-Connect Plumbing, but the final bill and invoice were issued under ( remove company name). So who was I doing business with. But, as I said, the plumbing looks solid. He knew what he was doing."
