Washington Gas had identified three gas leaks - one on the CSST line to the furnace, and one on the control valve on the gas range, and the 3/4" isolation valve to the range also needed replacing. Lee came and repaired the two leaks, but did not have the isolation valve. He serviced the two other leaks. Later that day, the Washington Gas guy came back to check the work. One of the two leaks still leaked, and he was amazed that the isolation valve was not replaced. So $250 dollars later, only one half the leaks were fixed. And Washington Gas had to shut our gas off again. Williams said he could come back and replace the isolation valve for another $175. No thanks. I'm calling Tim Whistler, which is what I should have done.
