Received a reasonable quote and was able to do it on the spot, no waiting. My plumber was Rich Bush and his work was immaculate. The only issue was found later on which I'm going to call back and ask to be come back to resolve. The issue seems to be related to the pressure regulator that was installed. The pipes make nose when you run the water at a low flow rate.

The technician is great on getting the job done right. He had tried to make the working area organized and clean with minimum impact on the surrounding. The quote was itemized and clear. The price is on the higher of the spectrum but they did bring a good professionalism and peace of mind warranty.

Accomplished in 1 day relocated outside sill faucet, installed 2 cold shut off valves, installed 2 shower heads, installed new laundry supply (hot &cold) valves, as well as new laundry basin faucet and upgraded supply hoses. If you are checking Mr. Rooter out you probably saw my Google review 3 weeks ago...well here is 1 more. End of October I get call kitchen sink faucet will not stop running, resident sends video of issue, *raining it pouring*, waste no time call Mr. Rooter request Rich for service call, he runs over in afternoon of 28th lets me know what going on schedule him for return repair on30th. My maintenance chaps still in Florida so I am relying on the Mr. Rooter team to help again. Didn't question charges just got job done with zero issues and no brain damage. Residents happy all great. Mr Rooter installed our hybrid (heat pump) water heater in June 2024. Lead engineer Franz was very helpful and gave different options. Even shared positive/negative experiences of other customers using our particular model. Their quote was very competitive. Techs were professional, prompt and clean in the installation process. My unit had a leak detector that triggered alarms post-installation, and Mr Rooter came back out to ensure everything was installed appropriately. I recommend Franz and the Mr Rooter team, and have already referred to other friends.

They refunded promptly and more on time. The problem is they charged me $493.98 for a repair that took one half hour ($78.62 for parts). That`s an effective rate of $830 per hours which is insane. I would never have agreed to that.
