Excellent help advice and service

Called for quote on pressure water tank. Gave me a price of $1400.00 installed. My water tank had a small hole in it leaking water at the bottom. He arrived a few days later with a new Weltrol tank 32 Gallon. Which is exactly what I had. He asked me for some tools? Which I found odd. He then asked for 2 nails and a hammer? He had his helper get some rope out of his truck. He unscrewed the pump . Put the 2 nails in my rafters in the basement and hoisted up the pump without disconnecting the pump from the 2 water sources going to the pump and cracked the pipes leading to the well. He didn't admit that though. He put everything back together and the tank was making dripping sound from inside the tank. He then said to keep an eye on it? Knowing there was a problem . So I said ok? He then charged me $3,000.00 ?? But before he left he wanted to know where my well was? Which I found odd. A week later I went and checked on the tank. The concrete wall, the tank, the pump everything was soaking wet. So I called again and he came back out after a week and a half with another tank. I checked on that tank same results. Leaking, dripping from the inside and wet all over. I then challenged him and said that he cracked the water lines that's why it was soaking wet on the block wall the water was running on the outside wall seeping through the blocks and down my foundation. He flat out told me he was not going to fix it. I said well at least replace the tank again. He said he wouldn't know when he would be available. So I had to call another company to replace the lines tank and pump. I really don't know how this company is in business? 2 tanks in less then 2 months 3k put out and I'm in worst shape then before I called them??

We had been out of water for 3 days when we found this company and they came out the same day - a Saturday- and got our water running. The price was very reasonable also.

Able explained every part and what its performance is. I went from taking washing a load of clothes 2 hours to because of the lack of water pressure to 35 minutesâ ¦. The price is really fair !!!! I got to hold my new pump before it was put into the ground 300 hundred feet. So grateful for getting someone so trustworthy! I highly recommend Able Well to everyone!

They kept me appraised of their schedule. They did some troubleshooting over the phone and were able to get my water on before they arrived. When they discovered the problem, they walked me through it step by step so I knew what was going on and what needed to be done. I really appreciated that.

My pump switch at the tank in my basement was cycling on and off every 40 seconds. The noise of the cycling switch was bothering me at bedtime and something to worry about. First called Tom on the phone and was impressed by his knowledge and experience in the well industry The 2 other companIes I also contacted did not seem to be as experienced and gave me quotes without knowing the problem with my system. I chose Able Well and Pump Service after some research and investigating the area near the well where I found wet soil and runoff below the well head. Able Well and Pump was there in a couple of days. They arrived with a back hoe and quality parts to complete the well repair which turned out to be a corroded galvanized fitting connecting the well casing to the PVC pipe that goes into the house. A stainless steel fitting and a lot of digging solved my problem. Thanks to Tom and Mike for being patient with all my questions and getting the job done. The men also adjusted the pressure in the tank and cleaned the switch contacts. Cost was reasonable for the job. I would call Able Well and Pump again without hesitation. The two gentlemen worked long into the evening on a cold, windy night to ensure our well was repaired and we had water again.

Although the required well pump was not readily available locally, Tom found one over 30 miles away. He drove the extra distance and got the pump. The actual replacement of the pump went very well. Very knowledgeable , very professional and explained everything in such a way that a "Non-Well Person" could understand.
