Description of Work: These guys were great! I needed a major deep clean done on my hardwood floors. We have lived in our current home for 15 years and have done ongoing cleaning and maintenance but nothing like the service performed. It was great. We had new hardwood floors installed and they were able to get our old floors to blend (not match) our new floor luster. We will absolutely use Baxter Floors again.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned wooden kitchen floor, applied multiple coats of polyurethane. The floor looks spectacular!!! I will use Baxter Floors again!!

Description of Work: They came and took some measurements in September. We are currently at the end of November, and I'm still waiting for an estimate!

Description of Work: Mr. Baxter stated that there was a mistake in the description of the service he was offering. He said someone doing the write-up of the service made the mistake. In other words, the mistake was not his. I asked if he would take a look at the job and give me an estimate. He did not contact me for a requested appointment leading me to ask for a refund. He said he would gladly give me a refund. I now seek the refund that he promised. All in all, it was a waste of my time.

Description of Work: I used the Big Deal and floor cleaning/polishing/waxing services of Baxter Floors. They cleaned the hard wood floor.

Description of Work: Grant Baxter from Baxter Hardwood Floors emailed the day I purchased his Big Deal and asked when we wanted to schedule. I explained we were having some work done and the floor cleaning would be last so probably not until the end of May. He said just let him know. 2-3 weeks ago we emailed and asked him to give us a call as we may need a bigger job than originally anticipated and wanted his opinion. He never responded. My husband and I each emailed him one more time and my husband then called him twice over the next two weeks. We heard nothing in response. Since we could not communicate with him at all, we got a refund and moved on to another company who actually wants the work.

Description of Work: Baxter Floors is to provide an additional estimate to refinish some areas, but have set the above tentative date to do the work. Mr. Grant Baxter did come, reviewed the floor area, recommended some areas for refinishing, very professional. Mr. Grant Baxter is a person to do your floors. He is very professional, knows wood floors. The final results were excellent! We are very pleased with the results & will use Baxter Floors in the future!

Description of Work: Mr. Baxter cleaned our oak floors as requested. He also discussed with me the damage to our kitchen flooring and what he recommended the other vendor needed to do to fix it.

Description of Work: Did a nice job of cleaning wood floors in kitchen - and i extended offer to cover other areas too. Very professional andnice guys. Have not used them for refinishing, just for deeper clean. They know their stuff, and were good about moving furniture, putting back in place.

Description of Work: I had a few conversations and emails with Grant Baxter before service, as I wanted him to wax my dark stained floors as well as clean them. He was very responsive and quick to follow through. I needed to change the date and he couldn't have been nicer. He did his work quietly and professionally and even gave me the left over wax for touch ups.

Description of Work: Mr. Baxter came over to our house on a Sunday afternoon to measure and provide the estimate for our first floor bedroom. They began the work that evening! Everything about their work was friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. They were very careful moving furniture and our personal belongings and left the room immaculate. The floor looks spectacular and it was a scratched up mess before they went in. Also, we had just had the room and baseboards painted and there was not a nick on on any freshly painted surface, including the baseboards. Even the painter was impressed! I cannot recommend Baxter Floors highly enough.
