They were wonderful. They found a way to fit me in for a quote, helped unload the flooring so it could season in my house, showed up on time and did a professional attractive job of installing it. This company is so pleasant to work with also.

From initial quote to finish of job, Krumlauf was outstanding. We had a 1000 sq. ft. hardwood install that included demo of existing carpet and ceramic tile. I can NOT say enough about their attention to detail, the quality of their work, communication throughout, and since I'm not a billionare, their fair and reasonable pricing. I'm already targeting them for more flooring work over the next months.

Krumlauf was great to work with. Their customer service was excellent and their craftmanship on our new hardwood floor was incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone putting in a new floor.

Incredible job by Landan and his team. These guys worked together so well and seemed to enjoy doing it. Super nice people and very helpful when I had questions. Landan and his father know what they’re doing and it’s clear why they’ve been in business for so long! I can’t think of anything they didn’t do well. It’s possible to find someone less expensive but is it worth the risk of having a job not done well for a few hundred dollars difference? I love knowing I got a quality job done.

This company is the real deal. You will not find any other company with the skills and attention to detail that Krumlauf Floors provides. They return phone calls, on time, clean up is excellent. Perfection. You must do yourself a favor and at least have a discussion with them.

Landon, his dad and the guys were friendly efficient and professional. They did a fabulous job with incredible trim work as well. Very affordable and trustworthy. I hope to ise them again.

Landan and Roger Krumlauf came out and did a thorough job of measuring the rooms. They discovered that some rooms had multiple layers of flooring below the existing flooring. Something a well known national installer didn't notice. After I had the vinyl flooring and carpet delivered, Landan set up with me the days to have the installation take place. Landan and Roger and the rest of their crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up after themselves as they worked and at the end of each day. Landan made sure any questions or concerns I might have had were addressed. While installing the flooring, they discovered a plumbing problem I was unaware of. They fixed the subfloor in this area and I was able to get a plumber in that night to fix the issue they found. Krumlauf Floors estimated it would take them 3 days to do this job and they had it done in just 2 days. Landan, Roger and the rest of their crew were a pleasure to have in my home. They worked well together as a team and made what can be a stressful situation very enjoyable. The 1st and 2nd floors they installed look great along with the new carpet on both sets of stairs. I would highly recommend Krumlauf Floors to anyone in this area looking for new flooring to be installed. The price was fair and the results were fantastic. They exceeded my expectations.

I cannot say enough about Krumlauf Floors. I have used them twice in the past few years to install luxury vinyl flooring upstairs and downstairs. When I had a house fire I decided to redo the stairs. My insurance was involved in that but I called Krumlauf to install a runner up the stairs. Not much of a job for them but they were gracious enough to say yes. Such a pleasure working with them. Wish I had more flooring to be done!

The professionals of Krumlauf Floors were an answer to a prayer. I needed a tight timeframe turnaround on the installation of a hardware floor to provide a safer walking surface upon my husband's return from a Rehab Hospital. Krumlauf Floors came through in a way that was prompt, courteous, and proficient. I would recommend them and use them again.

Had a misunderstanding on an appt for an estimate so cannot assess their wokr but can say they were very apologetic about missed appt and I would consider them again in the future

What a great experiencing working with this group of people! That's something I rarely get to say or experience when dealing with many contractors. Landan and team did a phenomenal job installing the flooring and spending the time and care making sure everything was as close to perfect as possible. I have a 120+ yr old home so there are always challenges with any job, and they met them head on with pride in their work. They will be my first and only call for my next flooring jobs.

Mr. Krumlauf and his teal installed a beautiful hardwood and porcelain tile floor in my home. From the initial visit to measure through the on-schedule completion of the job, the Krumlaufs were professional and courteous as they discussed the job with me and addressed my concerns. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work areas and told me what was scheduled to be done the next day so I would know what part of the house I could have access to. Their pricing is fair. I definitely recommend them and intend to use them again.

I set up an appointment for a quote. Appointment was for 3 pm. I was at an event and left there early to be home for this appt. Got home at 2:30 and had 2 messages saying they could come early. Those messages were left around 1:45. Message said if coming early was not going to work they would just see me at 3. So i did nothing. They then called again around 2:45 saying basically they had gone from my area and would not be coming after all. Very disappointed as i left my event early to be here. We agreed to reschedule but i decided to cancel that appt. Since other vendors kept their appts. I am sure Krumlauf would be fine.

Landan and Roger were top notch from start to finish. Their communication is excellent, when an issue arose with the floor we chose they were quick to notify us so we could change course, and their price was very reasonable. They completed the entire project on time and were extremely professional. They take pride in their work and it definitely shows. We are very happy with the finished floor and highly recommend their services.

We hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring,stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! I highly recommend this small, extremely professional company. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Krumlauf did an amazing job installing our LVP in our basement. The space was around 1100 sq feet and they worked quickly but with great attention to detail and were great to work with throughout the process.

We were very pleased -- they were very professional, competent and friendly. We thought their price estimate was reasonable and fair. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Roger and Landan and the rest of their crew. They are extremely professional, courteous, jovial and down to earth. They came out and gave an estimate and I was ready to hire them on the spot but thought I should get a second estimate. Krumlauf Flooring was able to do everything I needed whereas the second estimate could only do the flooring. I had a wall taken down between my dining room and kitchen and needed a small section of subflooring laid as well. Krumlauf was able to do that as well. Landan did an excellent job on the ceramic wall time and Roger even offered to trim the front door and hallway closet. They went out of their way perform work that I wasn't aware needed to be done. Such a joy to work with. I already have my next project lined up - as soon as I recover from this one!! Thank you so much for the excellent work!!

I can not say enough good things about this company. They were prompt and efficient. We had them lay vinyl plank throughout our first floor and then carpet on our stairs and entire second floor. All work is beautiful. They listened and responded to what I was wanting for my flooring. All employees on their crew were polite and hardworking these are their employees, not subs. The job was completed ahead of schedule and when they left all equipment, supplies, and trash was removed. They want your business. Their price was higher than our first quote and they worked to get where we could both be happy. As soon as I met this team I knew I wanted them to install my floors. Their price was minimally higher in the end, but well worth it. I feel confident in saying if you hiring them you will not be disappointed.

Very professional and helpful during the entire process. They removed 2 layers of vinyl flooring prior to installing new floors. They arrived each day on time, were courteous, and cleaned up all trash at the end of each day. Krumlauf did an awesome job and I highly recommend this company (will hire them again on future flooring installs)!

Amazing!! We were impressed with them right after they came and gave us their quote! We did not even seek other quotes after. The integrity this father and son team (family owned business) was obvious, as was the pride and passion they displayed for their craft! They left us feeling reassured we would be in good hands. Their work was exceptional as was their service. Hardworking, great communication and super neat and clean. My only regret is that I waited so long to post this review! We had this done probably close to a year ago and I just never got around to posting this! It still looks brand new!
