"He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

"As far as we can tell, the work was solid. The problems arose when they tore up my carpet. They did not just Pull it up, it was cut. I have to have a pro come out to re-seam it and repair the padding. And check your receipts, carefully. I was charged for the equipment they needed to complete the job, not just the materials, and for some other personal items, like a phone charging cord. Some of the materials I had to pay them for I saw them carry back out to their car. If I paid for them, they belong to me. And they were late for every scheduled appointment. Also, he billed himself as Crosswork-Connect Plumbing, but the final bill and invoice were issued under ( remove company name). So who was I doing business with. But, as I said, the plumbing looks solid. He knew what he was doing."

I was actually looking forward to them coming to look at my furnace and was hoping to find a trusted company but was given the complete opposite of what I expected. first no one called me with an update, I had to call, then no one showed by 5pm after I waited patiently all day during their 8-5 window. finally at 5:10 i reached out again only to be met with an after hours line that couldn't help me at all. once I spoke to SM, he insulted me, called me derogatory names and defamed my character all because I was understandably upset for being "brushed off" by everyone I had come into contact the entire day and given excuse after excuse with no solution that was going to benefit me.
