As a former mhic contractor for over 40 years i must say i was very very impressed!

Doug answered my request for an emergency service after my home lost all water pressure / flow late at night. He called first thing in the morning and was able to immediately help me out. The team arrived on time as anticipated and were very friendly. They quickly diagnosed my problem and answered all of my questions. SOMD Plumbing came prepared for the possibilities we discussed ahead of time and had my home's well pump replaced and water flowing to my home very quickly. I would highly recommend SOMD Plumbing to anyone looking for any plumbing need.

We hired SOMD plumbing to replace a water heater. They contacted us immediately to set up a time for a free estimate. Instead of giving us the estimate & leaving, they went to work immediately and replaced the water heater. We were impressed with their professionalism and the speed in which the job was completed. Doug was excellent! He made sure the job was done right, even though it took considerable extra time and effort. He wasnâ t even going to charge me for the extra time it took him to replace my old faulty parts, even though it was not his fault, and required 2 trips to the hardware store. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about SOMD Plumbing Services! I forget exactly how I came across them but it was probably in a mom group. I sent a FB message inquiring about water heater replacements and they were very responsive. I set up a time for them to come out and provide a quote. Doug called me when he was on his way and showed up on time! He gave me a great price (or at least I thought so). A week later I set up the date to have the replacement done. He emailed me a week before to confirm the date. Doug and John (I think that was his name) showed up on time to replace the water heater. They worked quickly yet thoroughly. They answered any questions I had. They left my laundry room the way they found it but with a new water heater! Our water heater was 27 years old and I am thrilled to have found Doug to provide me with a new one! I will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!
