The gentleman that work this business go above and beyond to make the best suggestions for they work required. This is the second time I have hired them. My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. I highly recommend if you have a plumping issue.

This company came highly recommended, as many of today's technicians cannot service traditional "steam" boiler systems. Ever since last year's "furnace emergency", this "Old House" here found "its rescue match" with Pohlman Plumbing & CJ, a highly skilled specialist, who tweaked the boiler back to "steam". Explaining why my Amish-built "Oldie-Goldie" was here to last, CJ enjoyed "challenges" & was not trying to "up-sell". This positive experience of transparency & trust convinced us that we'd found "the" company for all our "Old House" future HVAC & plumbing needs, thx!

I was given a quote by Len the Plumber that seemed a bit high. I called around and Pohlman was the only company that got back to me right away and offered a much better price. The plumbers that did the install were incredibly friendly, flexible and professional. The company was great about communicating with me through the process. Sam and Chad did a wonderful job clearing the tub drain, installing new faucets in the bathrooms, installing a new shower head, and other projects. They double checked their work and answered any questions I had. While they need to come back next week to do a small part of the whole project, they were honest about what piece of equipment they thought would work, but would not. They were efficient, professional, and pleasant to be around. They made my day.

Very professional technician team. Had confusion regarding the size of toilet ordered and what was received. It had rain day prior and techs did not wear foot covering or masks.

I was not happy with the work that was supposedly provided to me, as they failed to properly diagnose and fix the issue. As of today, I am still waiting for a response from the company, and a written document of what was exactly done.

Hired Pohlman to evaluate two natural gas tank water heaters in our home, one of which was unoperational. They suggested combi-boiler for our home in lieu of two tank water heaters. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Customer service is top notch, and I highly recommend Pohlman Plumbing.

Overall it was great. The plumber answered questions and was timely. I discovered a small leak at a soldered fitting after he left and he came back the next morning on a Saturday to correct. I recommend Pohlman for large or small jobs.

Very courteous and professional. The three brothers (Jacob, Joseph and Joshua) running the business are easy to work with and very helpful with assisting if any issues caused during the plumbing.

The plumber that came out was professional and knowledgeable. Talk me through the process before starting and after installation cleaned up well, then tested everything to make sure there was no leaks in the system.

The work itself was done very well and efficiently. For a more reasonable price than other estimates. The only quibble I have was the bed of rocks around the old water line got all mixed in with the soil when the trenches were dug. And now are at the surface of my lawn. Picking them out as the soil slowly settles and exposes them. Or where the grass seed fails to germinate. Prompt replies to questions and explanations of how the work would be completed.

The person that you sent did not seem to know what he was doing. He took over 3hours to do a 15-minute job. We already had the water heater here when he arrived.

WARNING: THEY WILL STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR APPROVAL. DO NOT SHARE IT. Normally when a contractor sends you a contract, you can see all the details and you know what you are signing. When I received the estimate from Pohlman LLC, it did not show any details of the contract. The estimated total amount and the required deposit were the only things in the message. After I used the link in the message to make the deposit and approve, their system sent me a long contract with pages of conditions and disclaimers and of course my signature on it. In other words, you will not see the full detail version of that until you sign it. Also, a red flag that I missed. I hired Pohlman LLC since the old main sewer pipe was leaking in the crawl space. It was determined that the existing main pipe was corroded and could not be repaired. Also, replacing it was complicated since it was under the kitchenâ s tile floor and concrete slap. The solution was to install a new main pipe from the crawl space through the side wall of the building so that it could then be connected to outgoing pipe outside of house and connected to all other pipes in the crawl space. In summary: 1)Redirect main sewer line from crawl space to outside of house and connected it to exiting sewer pipe in yard. This way a new connection point would be available in the crawl space to be used for everything. 2)Connect the Kitchen sink to the new main pipe from item 1. 3)Break the kitchen floor and concrete slap underneath and install a new pipe to connect toilet in the kitchen to the new pipe from 1 4)Connect existing pipe from second floor bathroom in crawl space to the new pipe from item 1. The estimated time was for 3 days of work and a total amount of $4,000. During the project due to complexities related to item 3, we decided to forgo this item and only do items 1, 2, and 4. It also, reduced the time to 2 days instead of 3 days. After the work was finished, I contacted Joe at Pohlman LLC and requested an adjustment for the value of the work that was not done (item 3). He texted me that it doesnâ t matter and still I have to pay the full amount even though it took only 2 days instead of 3 days and the most complicated part of the project wasnâ t done. I disagreed with him since Pohlman cannot charge me for labor that was not performed and material that was not delivered. To my surprise when I woke up next morning, I noticed that he had charged my credit card after a minor discount without me ever agreeing on that. It was when I noticed that they save peopleâ s credit card information and use it as they want without peopleâ s consent and approval. I have sent them e-mails 4 days ago but no answer yet.
