"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them especially the owner. He schedules time to meet at 12 to review my project to add gas line. He never showed up. I arrived at 12:03 to meet him at the property and called the company to follow-up if they were on the way. He said he arrived at 11:50 and waited 5 minutes and left. When asked why he left so early and didn't even give curtousy of a 5 to 10 minute wait. He said he doesn't wait any time if he gets there early it's my problem I wasn't there even though we had scheduled for noon. He was so rude and said he gives no one curtousy to wait any minute and can't turn back around. In my opinion he never went to my house and lied and was rude. I told him I didn't need his business because if that's how he treats potential clients I can only imagine the type of service he will provide. Very RUDE, unprofessional and someone I don't recommend doing business with."

"The Cupertino guys are honest and hardworking and reasonably priced. We've been pleased to have them working on various projects we have around a house we recently bought. We hired them to build a wall to divide a room, and they did a great job, so we asked them to do a few other things. Would recommend them to anyone and fully plan on hiring them for several more projects."

Lenny took time to explain things when I popped down and was very patient with questions while working incredibly hard. We have friends who literally live in a swamp who had Busy Dog a couple years ago and their system has worked perfectly. They were getting water in their basement several times a year-- now NOTHING. And I love the technology innovations by this company, the quality of the materials is top notch. Salesman Mike worked with us to set up the construction, he and their engineer came out several times to make sure they understood our tricky set up and worked to get the timing right for timing that worked for us"

"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. "Our electric panel was in poor shape. Golden Hammer electrician replaced the whole panel of 21 breakers with a properly size and safer unit. Then the install easily passed city inspection. Golden Hammer was really professional in all aspects of this project. They also carefully cleaned up after the work. Since then, not a single issue came up."

"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run. "Full renovation of the apartment including Kitchen and Bathroom was done by Michael Rocha. He and his co-worker did a great job and project was done on time. It took them 9 days fully to renovate Kitchen. New appliances, cabinets, flooring, and electrical work was done. We had to open kitchen entrance door wider so that large fridge can be placed inside. Michael gave us very unique ideas of placing white LED lights under Kitchen cabinets. They did a very good painting job. The bathroom was fully renovated within 7 days. Everything was installed brand new, including large bathtubs, 12 very bright LED lights, including one on top of the bathtub. Lighting was distributed with three different switches to control it at a different part of the bathroom. All the wall of the bathroom and flooring they install large white tiles. They also installed two large mirror cabinets, toilet, vanity cabinets, Granite countertop and new sink. Every day they used to clean the area before leaving and at the end of the project they cleaned whole are cleaned and beautiful. I will highly recommend Michael to anyone who would like to hire for their project."
