Pro Touch Construction

I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit! Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run. If you're looking for a skilled general contractor, who's very personable, honest and hard work — hiring Nilton and Pro Touch Construction yesterday. You will not be disappointed!

New Open floor concept Kitchen/Dining room with marble granite countertops and island, herringbone patterned subway tile backsplash, solid white wood soft-close cabinets with gold cabinet pulls and fixtures. Stainless steel appliances and solid oak hardwood floors installed throughout the first floor. New Bathrooms with double sinks, modern showers with marble tile, beautiful fixtures and a bonus soak tub! LUSH carpet complete the second floor suites. Everything was very professional. From the initial point of engagement to the final clean up. The team was very knowledgeable and kept me fully engaged through the job. They were meticulous and cleaned up after each days work. I will be bringing Nilton and his team back for Window replacement and siding .

Needed an unfinished room turned into a bedroom within a month. Nilton and his team were able to start right away and finished the room within our time frame. They were clean and hard-working. Communication was easy. Fair price. They installed insulation, wall board, some electrical, flooring, closets and painted. Very happy with the quality of work and we are planning to hire them soon to remodel our bathroom.

Nilton provided us with an honest second opinion regarding the work being done in our basement by an unlicensed contractor. He provided us with the pros and cons of the work being done. He also told us about the codes for remodeling a basement. I found Nilton’s assessment of the basement to be fair & honest. I wish I knew about his company prior to starring the work on our basement. I would have definitely selected Nilton to remodel our basement.

I hired Pro Touch for renovations on a condo I bought in April 2019. I got quotes from multiple contractors before finalizing on Pro Touch. I decided to go with them because, they had the most reasonable prices despite having great reviews on Angie's list. Nilton, the owner, was very professional and responsive. He stuck to the promised timelines and set the right expectations when the timelines were not in his control i.e the city inspections, vendor delays etc. His crew was also very respectful and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves after each day of work.

Pro-Touch did an excellent job! I am extremely happy with my new porches. They paid attention to detail. The men were at the house everyday started around 8:00 am and left at 5:00 pm as long as it wasn’t raining.

Nilton and his team did a great job on my two bathroom remodels - one was a full remodel of the master bathroom, the other was a new shower and floor for the 2nd bathroom. Pricing was very fair and ProTouch was able to start and finish the jobs before other contractors were able to start. Nilton is a pleasure to work with and plan to use him again for other contracting projects at my home in the future.

The Pro Touch team did a great job with our bathroom remodel. They started when promised, they showed up every day and put in a full days work. They were polite, respectful, and cleaned up after the job was done. The project stayed on budget. I would hire them again.

Complete professessional from start to finish. Nilton did all work as promised. Work was done in a timely fashion and crews were highly skilled. Attention was paid to all detail and Nilton addressed any questions and concerns and resolved any issues and was always accessible to answer any questions. Would rehire and highly recommend.

I had my house remodel done by Pro Touch and they are absolutely amazing. The crew where very skilled and talented. I had a total gut renovations and was excited to see how my kitchen and Master Bath would come out, and I loved it. They moved some load bearing walls and create a beautiful Cathedral ceiling in my Kitchen that I absolutely adored. Nilton had Great ideas on layout, would definitely recommend them and use them again for future projects.

We hired Pro Touch to remodel our bathroom, installing all new tile and building a glass shower. They started our project early to accommodate our tight schedule. We found them to be very professional and excellent craftsmen. We are extremely happy with their work and strongly recommend them!
