"Buyer beware!! DO NOT use Rite Window & Bath Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products. The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship. When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."

"A job that was supposed to take a week per their estimates actually took 2 months. They were not consistent with their schedule, needed to be prompted to paint the doors, and their handiwork was not up to par and inconsistent depending on who was working on it. After they left, the door knob came off on one of our screen doors. The office door was also not properly installed; we are still dealing with the fall out from that. I would not hire them again on such an important job as safeguarding my home."

He made the repairs on the door. I was very happy with the results and made arrangements for him to return and clean the gutters & fix the awnings. Again, very pleased with the work he did. Cleaned up all the debris. I would definitely use the services of Mr. Jones of Homewright Handyman again. I am very happy with the results. 5 Stars"
