They were just awesome. The crew was extremely polite and courteous, they were continually cleaning as they worked, their tools, truck and uniforms were clean and new. It was a very difficult installation and they did an excellent job. They all got along well and there was no yelling and swearing as you might normally hear with construction workers. My wife and I were very impressed with their skill.

I was impressed by the professionalism of this company from the beginning. No call or e-mail to Marshall went unanswered, and the attitude of the employees was always courteous and helpful. They gave me very good advice about the type of new storm door that would meet my needs, and installed windows that function very smoothly and easily, They were also able to deal with some problems of finishing work on the exterior. In addition, they resolved the one problem I had with my order (the type of sidelight to be installed next to the door) quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to everyone at Marshall for their help!

Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. Again, thanks for a job well done!!

Marshall Building is a GREAT company! We have a large New England home with lots of nooks and crannies that can make siding and trim work a tricky process. From the very first meeting with Marshall Building, they were there to help with ideas. They worked quickly and efficiently and kept clear communication. Taylor, the project manager, was there at every turn to answer questions and offer experienced advice. Even the guys hanging the siding made suggestions with what they knew would look the very best to make our home beautiful. No money was collected until the job was completed, and once it was all finished, I found that I had a couple of questions. Although the job was complete and the guys had packed up and gone, Marshall answered my call and had someone come right over to address my questions. It is no surprise because of weather conditions and their excellent reputation that we had to wait longer than expected to begin the job, but it was well worth the wait. We are glad that we found Marshall Builders and are thankful for the care they put into working on our home. We love our siding and look forward to enjoying it for years and years to come!

The crew arrived at the scheduled time and worked diligently. The roof on my Cape Cod is a bit complex with many ridges and valleys, The finish job is very attractive. The clean up was complete with no trash left behind.
