"If you hire this company, do not pay full out until the job is fully completed. The workers left trash, nails, and wires hanging from my house. The contractor gave me the run around, saying someone would place the wiring properly. No one ever showed up, and this was over $13,000 for the job. You would think it would be their due diligence to complete a job that was fully paid for on time, but this was not the case. We were very respectful and polite, but that did not matter. Hire at your own risk."

They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows."

Tommy's is a local Baton Rouge based company that specializes in the sales and installation of windows, doors, and siding. Other services we offer are: installation of gutters, patio covers and screen rooms. Tommy has 20 years experience and background in this line of work.
"I got three estimates and went with Tommy. He matched the lowest estimate, which wasn't that different from his original one. It took a couple weeks for the windows to come in (10 in all). The installed them in about 6 hrs. There were some minor dings and such, but he was up front about this (probably unavoidable). It only required some touch-up paint. Some of the windows had leftover glue/adhesive on them. Tommy sent one of his guys to deal with it, so that was good. Later, after I had paid in full, I noticed one of the window panes had a scratch in it. I texted him about this while expecting the usual "contractor attitude". But, man, he was back at my house the next day to identify the window and order the replacement part! I really liked that."
