They were very professional. They completed the job much quicker than they quoted. The most important thing to me was that their supervisor came back the next day to see how it all was after everything had time to settle.

The quality of the window is top notch. Installer Fred and Jarvis were very friendly, efficient, and worked in a timely manner. Great quality product and work!

The windows are a great product. They look nice, easy to open and close, easy to clean from the inside. They are a very good sound barrier -- my house is much quieter now. I am looking forward to a break on my energy bill, too. The installation was superbly done -- within 3 hours. They send enough people to knock a whole house out in a short amount of time. After ordering the windows, they did take 10 weeks to come in. But the company did let me know to expect this. My one issue with them was that after the installation every pane of every window had noticeable splotches on it. I cleaned one window and the sliding door myself but the spotches were hard to get off and so it took forever. I called the company and they sent out a technician. The splotches turned out to be the glue that is used to seat the panes in the window frames, and they are not sure how it got on the windows. The first technician had to leave after cleaning 6 windows, and the company sent another technician out to finish cleaning the other 9. So the company was responsive and addressed the issue, with friendly and well-organized customer service; it's just someone needs to figure out how the manufacturing process allows the glue to get onto the windows.

Terrible they hung my windows crooked and gave me a million excuses why. If you are looking for new windows definitely hire another company and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this unskilled and unprofessional company!

1st off I should of just sent them away cause door came in with wrong window on it. They said they could order right window and come back and change it. That was stupid on my part but you trust companies like this. It’s been 5 months and same window is in my door. I paid extra for the window I wanted. Call customer service and that ***** is just trained to blow you off. ***** never sent notifications emails nothing cause by now one of them ******** should of called explained something. I want to rip the ******* throat out for lying on every call. But nobody ever contacted me for nothing I needed done. Worst customer service ever. I recommend go with another company than this company. Over priced and no customer service. **** on window world

It went very well. They are a well oiled machine from start to finish.

Windows went very well. Very pleased with them. The siding not as well. Love the siding. The problem was with the workers. They pulled and broke a pipe close to my house for my sewer system. Also ripped 2 window screens and scratched one of the new windows. I sent pics to show the damage and never heard back from Window World.

If went great. Our sales associate Jason was friendly and thorough in the initial meeting. The men who installed the windows, were on time, worked fast and did a fabulous job. I would definitely buy windows from Window World again.

Starting w/ our sales rep who was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had, to the installers who not only were very courteous but did an awsome job removing the old and putting in the new windows. Everything was done with professionalism. Billy Howes made our purchase experience very easy. Exactly what he told us would happen did. I will let everyone I come in contact with know our experience.

These windows are really terrible. I bought a house with them already installed. In the last 10 years over half of them have turned so cloudy you can't see through them. Further many of them leak and there was a gap between the window sills and windows that was allowing water intrusion. A few years ago my neighbor had a window world rep come to his house for a quote for new windows and he pointed to my windows as an example for windows that were installed improperly. Thus i called window world to complain and asked them to come out to investigate. They refused and indicated they would not honor their warranty. Why would anyone want to deal with these people?

Perfectly beautiful done in a professionally & timely manner

It wasn't so much the quality of the install, it was just they left a bunch of glass all over the driveway and the house and staff, so it was just the installation. The quality was okay. It was the service that was done I guess.

This was one of the worst customer service and value experiences of my life. Horrible situation. Glad the nightmare is over. No recourse against them because my only recourse is disputing the credit card charge. I missed a few days of work waiting for them to not show up multiple times. I wish I had the ability to charge them for my time or back charge them like a GC does to a sub.

While the price was very reasonable, the crew that showed up at my house was not. I'd swear that these guys were in some type of competition to see how fast they could install the windows. Glass from my old windows was flying everywhere and the caulk job they did on the exterior of the house looked like a bunch of kids splashed it on. When contractors showed up to do some carpenter work, the first thing they asked me was "who did your windows? They said, "you should call them back to get them to come redo that caulking." I just didn't have it in me to deal with them more. I fixed the caulking myself.

It went very well and we're very pleased. The workmen were very polite. Garrel was very helpful with ordering the windows as well.

Window World measured and informed me I needed additional sashes for every window containing AC window units (8) for about $600 extra. Lead time and initial install went as scheduled. Only the delivered extra sashes were the exact same size as the window glass already in the new windows. Not only were they unusable but my AC units would not fit into the new windows. Their installation techs had no idea how to address. Their salesman and foreman did not immediately return phone calls. What started as a short delay turned into a long costly nightmare. They did not return phone calls for weeks and charged my credit card for the final payment with out my consent. I ended up replacing a new HVAC window units, and my third party contractor eventually made it all work (at my expense of course). One rental unit sat vacant for a month because of the issue which pushed into holiday time and sat vacant for 3 months. Not fun. I eventually had to file with BBB to even get Window World to return phone calls. They did credit me back for the bogus window sashes and replaced window unit after a couple of months. The lost rentals dollars of course could not be replaced. No complaint with the quality of the windows.
