Slidell Shutters and Security

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This business is exceptional in terms of customer service, communication, and execution. I hired them to install electric rolldown and board and batten shutters for my whole house. This represented a significant financial investment. If you are like me, you want to know a job of this size will be done with care and attention to detail. Too many trades people sacrifice quality for expediency. That couldn’t be further from the truth with this company. They took their time, measured, and leveled everything. They didn’t cut any corners. And throughout the entire process they were happy to answer any questions I had without any sense of annoyance or frustration. I can’t recommend them enough. The only downside is that they don’t do general contracting so I can’t hire them back on after this job.

The owner, Derrick Armand worked with me to make my security needs affordable. He was available when I was distraught at not finding my bolts as we prepared to lock the shutters. I called him, and he was so hospitable in providing me with more of just what I needed in his calm, kind manor. He is one of the kindest business owners I have met.

They were very professional. We enjoyed having them do our job.

During an initial visit for measurements and color selection' we discussed several options and their costs. Within a ew weeks the shutters were installed. That process went very well. There were several different types pf shutters. They were numbered as to location and I was thoroughly instructed in their use. It was a great job and very professional.
