"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "For $128.00 they told me the dish washer was working just fine and performing all necessary tasks, followed by “pump not adequately providing up enough water to the top spray arm of the unit.” Yet they said there is nothing wrong with it. The fridge was labeled as normal wear and tear. That’s fine. The problem is, when I contacted the “owner” Todd Cripe while discussing these issues he hung up on me saying that “we’ve performed our duties and thats all I’m going to hear on this issue” then hung up. Attempting to get a hold of him for well over 2 months to get to the bottom of this and when I finally do, this is the customer care I receive. HORRIBLE SERVICE and even WORSE customer service. They were reporting to the better business bureau as well. I am appalled at his unprofessional verbiage during conversation and overall moral ethics."

We are Appliance repair company that specializes in in-home appliance repair. We service all makes and models. Our staff is professionally trained and required to pass drug screening and back ground checks. We offer appointment times in 2 hour windows, so no waiting around all day for a repair.
"Our LG refrigerator stopped working last Thursday morning. Per the code on the fridge, it appeared to be the fan. We called Honest and they told us they could not come out until the following Tuesday. In the meantime, my husband expedited a fan from Amazon but did not have to install it because after cleaning the old fan, the refrigerator worked again. We kept the appointment with Honest for that Tuesday because we thought maybe they could take a look to make sure everything looked okay with it. The tech suggested replacing the old fan although it appeared to be working fine. He replaced the fan with one he brought and then left. A few hours later it stopped working and they were closed so we could not get in touch with them. In order to avoid a refrigerator and freezer of ruined food, my husband installed the fan we ordered from Amazon and the refrigerator worked again. We contacted Honest the next morning to let them know what happened and asked only that they reimburse us for the faulty fan they installed. We didn’t ask for the service call or labor dollars to be reimbursed. They said they could not do that but instead offered to come out again and take off the fan we installed (that was working just fine) and install their fan. Why would we do that and have to wait an unspecified amount of time for another tech to come out AND replace it with another fan that may or may not work when the tech leaves? We don’t consider this good customer service and will not use this company again. Someone that truly cares about the customer would apologize for the faulty fan, offer to replace it and if the customer says no, then reimburse them."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
