Pages Gas Line Service Inc

We just moved into the home 2 days before and were in the unpacking process. That evening I smelled gas and the utility company came out and said we had a major gas leak and had to leave the home. I called Page's and he said he would have someone out as soon as they finished a job around lunch. They called two hours ahead of time and showed up during a record cold day on icy snowy curvy roads. They worked inside and out for hours until the problem was identified and fixed. The team of two was courteous, clean and professional. I could not have asked for a more a better outcome for a scary unpleasant situation. Not only did I feel they fixed this problem but during their time I feel completely at ease with the 50 year old house we just bought for anything related to the gas lines because these guys were professionals. I didn't get to meet the owner in person but we talked on the phone a couple of times and it is clear he is honest and professional and true to his word. I feel like this situation could not have been a better experience. There is no question I would use and recommend them for anything gas line related again.

The workers immediately determined the problem and gave an estimate. They estimated 2 hours and they were very close. Both workers were very polite and professional. Once complete, they checked the entire gas line connections to ensured that we had no leaks. Very professional, cleaned up any mess, and did their thing. They were great.

They showed up on time, were very courteous, completed the job as planned and charged very reasonably.

We came home from vacation late Aug. 3 and found LGE had turned off our gas supply in order to update the meter; we called and they came our that night to turn the it back on but found there were gas leaks. We called Pages Gas Service the next day and they came out promptly. Their technicians, Willie and Luis, did a very thorough and quick job finding and repairing the problems and we had our gas back on in about 2 hours. We felt this could take several days and at a much greater cost We definitely recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

It went very well, Excellent. I called the company Ronnie returned me call and said he would try to have someone at my house the next day. The next morning I received a call telling me a technician was on their way. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later. After an inspection we were given options to where and how the pipe could be replaced, we were given comparisons as to those options. We chose the option that was faster, as the other option would have required calling and waiting for someone to appraise whatever might be underground, such as sprinklers, electrical and water lines, etc. We are living in the home and wanted the line fixed as soon as possible. The job took about 7 hours with replacement and repairs. We would gladly recommend this company! If you have any questions call me at your earliest convenience!

I left a message with the company on the evening of 9/15/14, by 8:30AM the next morning I had received a call back. They were able to come out that day and fix the problem. They answered all my questions while the work was being completed.

Ronnie has done work for us several times. He has run a new line for a pool, replaced soft copper gas lines in our basement, installed proper shutoffs for fireplaces and most recently installed a dryer gas line. The workers are great: prompt, courteous, pleasant and neat. I am always pleased with how quickly they complete a job.

We were having a leak in our basement and having a difficult time locating it. As part of a multi-pronged approach, we decided to have the very old piping replaced throughout the house (fireplace, stove top, furnace). We called Pages and they came super quick. There were two servicemen that did the work. At the same time, the gas company decided they wanted to move our meter from the interior to an exterior placement. A miscommunication with the gas company led Pages to drill an extraneous hole in the foundation that we certainly could have lived without, but it wasn't their fault at all. The guys did the work in less than a day and were tidy and polite. We even hired one of them to come back the next day and remove some old remnant pipe from when the house was a duplex that hadn't been in use for decades. He tidied it up, carted off the old material, and it looks great. They had to work around the gas company guys, and I even felt like Pages' guys were watching out for us while the gas company guys weren't necessarily at all. We continued to have ongoing work with the gas company, but several times when new gas company workmen came to the house (like 4 or 5 times, there was a lot of miscommunication) and we explained that we had just had new pipes put in, when they asked "who did the work?" and we told them Pages, every one of them said "Oh. The problem shouldn't be there, then." They have a very good reputation with the gas company here. We would definitely call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Very professional. Took a little time to get back to us with an appointment to give an estimate, but once we got that, it was very quick and easy. Line took about three hours to install and they even hooked up the range when they were done. We have used them before and were impressed.

The work took 2-3 hours to complete. I'm very happy with the work that they performed. They knew exactly what they were doing and the end result looks and works great. For the work performed, the price was also pretty reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Pages two employees did a awesome job on a very hot day. These two did exactlly as I asked, it works and looks perfect. I could not have asked for any better.

We are very happy with the serivce we received from Page's. A few days after we called and set up our appointment, Ronnie came to our home and gave an estimate. He is very friendly and professional. The estimate was a little higher than what we were expecting, but the work involved a partial crawlspace. We decided to schedule an appointment to have the work done the next week. Just three days later, on a Saturday morning, we received a call from Ronnie. He let us know our original appointment was still booked, but if we'd like the work done that morning he had a crew available. One of their scheduled jobs went much faster than planned. This was great news to us! The crew arrived within 25 minutes, set up quickly, put down floor coverings, and went about their work. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. My wife and I are very happy with Page's and we will contact them again if we need other gas line service.

I had a gas line leak to my natural gas grill and needed it replaced before closing on the sale of our home. Pages' bid was considerably better than our regular plumber, but I delayed responding because there was a delay in final approval of the buyer's loan. Then, the final approval came with a very short time before closing date. I called Pages on Tuesday and was told it would probably be over a week before they could get to the job. I explained my situation and asked they get to it as soon as possible. On Saturday morning, the crew called. They said they had an opening and could come later that day if convenient for us. They arrived about an hour later, wasted no time in getting to work which required getting into a very narrow crawl space, drilling through the foundation, and hooking the new line to the grill, then cleaning up after. My realtor, who was there, was impressed and asked for contact information to give to other clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Pages.

I'm a builder and two of my clients live in the Crescent Hill Neighborhood. LG and E has been taking the gas meters from inside the homes and moving them outside. They pressure test their new lines and there have been a lot of leaks within the old homes that the owner is responsible for. Pages Gas Lines came the day or next day they were called and promptly fixed their leaking gas lines. Great service!

We were not too happy with the service originally. We had to call them back out. They did not correctly connect the gas pipe in the ground. This did fix the issue when they came back to our satisfaction.
