"Terrible, Hope came out finally, there guy had no supplies, didn't know anything about jet pumps, left to get two small heaters, came back set them up, charged $647.00, said water should unfreeze in a hour, it didn't, we told them, a week later they returned and still couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumber and were fixed in a hour. Hope Plumbing is a joke. They do not have knowledge to work on jet pumps. The pump just needed cleaned just as I told them."

They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check.
