I was with a different HVAC company for 40 years and they became so inferior and we were having too many bad experiences, so we switched to Mowery after a referral. So very glad we switched. I've had a maintenance agreement with Mowery for a couple of years now and am completely satisfied with their service and the technicians. Kirk Wright is the tech that came our for us, and we would be totally satisfied if became our permanent technician. Great company!!

I had them come out to fix kitchen drain clog due to tea leaves in the drain. Technician spent about 5 mins running a cable through the drain pipe and told me that clog can not be cleared and would need high pressure Jet. For this he quoted $500. Next morning I had someone else come in to do the same work for $75 and it was done in less than 20 mins. Clog cleared by running a cable! Probably last time I use this company.

The estimate process has been excellent with them, Tyler was early, communication was good and they'll be doing the work Wednesday.

The tech was really nice but quoted me over 1400 to reinstall our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and faucet. The next plumber I called said it is about 350 dollars of labor and will be out today. I am still shocked that they quoted me that much money. I would be cautious to use this company unless you have a lot of money to burn.

OK, but it was surprisingly expensive. This job cost about $1,000. For what I paid (or less?) I could have had two new toilets installed. Therefore, I would recommend getting multiple quotes for a job such as this. I wish that I had thought about this beforehand, though I did not know that I would need a flange repair.

All toilets were backed up, which I suspected was a clogged sewer line. Harry Miller arrived about 2 hours after I initially called the office for the service call, which was fast. Harry provided excellent service. He was very friendly and zeroed in on the problem quite quickly, which was indeed a clogged sewer line. Harry provided a lot of good information, including a couple of helpful tips. He also spread a large mat in my flower bed to protect it from the snake machine, which is a nice customer service gesture. The clogged line was cleared quickly and all was fixed. If I have this problem again (likely) I'll call Mowery, and hopefully get Harry (or someone like him).

The specialist arrived within 45 minutes and knew just what to do. He was clean, professional and explained what needed to be completed. I would definitely call Mowery again for service...very grateful and resonably priced!!!!!

I contacted Angies List for immediate help. Mowery's technician (Jeremy) was available and came out promptly. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and neat in dress and appearance. He completed the job (removed all resin from all our water lines) in about an hour. He was thorough and explained as he did his job. He also educated me on their Mowery Services and pricing. Besides paying for the work done, I purchased their Annual Service Agreement, which gave me a discount on the services done that day. However, I realized the next day that I should have not purchased their Annual Service Agreement. As I realized the company I had purchased my Furnace and AC from recently, actually has a better deal on their Annual Service Agreement than what Mowery could provide me. So now, I'm in the process of getting my money back for the Annual Service Agreement. The General Manager, Mike, was to contact me today to set this up, but I have not heard from him. I've contacted Mowery twice today, once about Mike calling me and I left a message for Lindsey in Billing to make sure I get my refund. I'm hoping Angies List can help me, if Mowery doesn't want to give me my refund. One other thing. I did ask the young knowledgeable technician about the recent installation of our new gas water heater, as I was concerned about the flexible tubing connectors installed at an angle, not at right angles, for the water supply into the hot water heater. He advised me that all this was not installed up to code, as well as the flexible gas tubing connector, since it could explode if our gas line was hit by lightning because it needed to be grounded in that area. Well, I called the company that had just installed my new water heater and found out that our installation was installed to code. It was done exactly as the gas water heater manual had instructed. Also, I checked and the gas connection is grounded. The company that had just installed my new gas water heater did agree to put in all metal piping/tubing with welding of all joints, if I preferred, as the Mowery technician said was needed to bring the installation up to code. However, I'm staying with the flex tubing for now. I hope this is the correct decision. (If I did have Mowery change all the gas hot water heater flexible connectors to metal piping it would have cost me an additional fair amount of money, which I did not want to pay, after replacing our costly water heater recently.) Money does not grow on trees.

Mowery responded very quickly and dispatched a technician within an hour of my call. The technician, Gregg, was friendly, attentive to my questions, mindful of the homeowners's property and very knowledgeable. He inspected the inside unit and took the covers off the outside and washed it down with a water hose. He made sure the unit was working properly before he left. I would definitely hire this company again.

The estimator, Derek came out, was on time and very professional. My husband had just dealt with another estimator last week and it was not a very good appointment as he was over 1 1/2 hour late and very expensive. I decided to contact Angie's List and was given Mowery, and had an appointment with minutes. First of all I received a call this morning telling me when to expect the team and they were on time. Very professional, friendly and helpful explaining what they were going to do. The job was done to expectations and we will now be able to enjoy our new gas grill. I definitely will keep their information and if anyone ask for a plumber, heating, air conditioning I will highly recommend this company.

The repairman (Jeff) arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue, gave me the estimate and then completed the repair. He was friendly, professional, and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I first had them out on Xmas Eve for a new water heater. $1400 (I purchased a service agreement) Next, came back to fix a main water valve leak likely caused by my Reno guys. $212? Next I had my furnace cleaned once Reno guys were done. This was covered by my service agreement. Then, I received a $99 refund check for an over charge. Not sure if it was related to the water heater or the main valve leak. I will be having them come out to replace my furnace igniter. They went over my furnace w me and it will need to be replaced. Sooner than later but I'd prefer to just get it done before it's an emergency. So I used both plumbing and heating and was highly satisfied w both.

Great. Talked with Mowery office at 2pm, service man here at 4:15, did both repairs and was gone by 6pm. was able to diagnose problems and repair. Jeff R. did a great job. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Very impressive.
