They had a good people on the team and were friendly and good to work with. They did supply us with water so well and they answered all our questions.

Tommy did amazing. He was on time, knowledgeable, and respectful. He really made a bad situation into a happy situation. Once he fixed our well pump. He help fixed some plumbing problems that the previous plumber failed to do. By far went up and beyond what he was there to do.

We were without water due to problems with our old well in which we did not know the location or condition of. It was recommended and agreed that a new well was the best option. They put us at the top of the list due to being without water and got us going with a new well very quickly. I would highly recommend them for service.

I would definitely recommend C & J Well Co. A very good friend of mine suggested that I call them. I called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and spoke to Josh and within minutes Logan one of the technicians called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately, the pump was stuck. It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. And, with the help of Rhett, they got it pulled and I had water by 3:00 p.m. that day! Thank you to all of the crew technicians for your hard work! You guys are great!

Initially the request through Angies List did not get to the company. A follow up call regarding the lack of contact put things quickly in motion. One week later my well was successfully and professionally closed. C&J even had to work with Carmel Water to be sure a city employee was present for the closing.

Gary showed me a filter which should be changed every 6 months...ours had not been changed in several years because I did not know about it. He put in new filter which greatly increased our water pressure.

It went great. I had no water and called in the afternoon. Mitchel and Logan arrived that same day to fix the problem . They carefully diagnosed the issue and patiently answered all of my questions. They worked late into the day and in the end, I had water again - yay! Also, my water pressure is better than it’s ever been.

Well. Work started and completed within 2 days of first phone contact.

I have some mixed opinions on my first direct experience with CJ (well maintenance and water treatment). I decided to use them since the previous owner of my home had them install water treatment equipment, and I was familiar with the name and they had good reviews. I had 2 appointments for water treatment system maintenance and the well clean out. I made an appointment for water treatment at 2PM one day. Nobody mentioned anything about a 2 hour window when I made the appointment until I got an automated text message reminder the morning of. The tech ended up being over 2 hours late. He was a nice guy and went above and beyond answering many questions I asked him about the system. The most disappointing piece of it was cleanliness. It is unusual these days in my experience to have a contractor come to your house who doesn't put booties on. He also left a lot of water drops on my floor that evaporated and left iron stains all over. Lastly, he used a bucket I happened to have in my utility room and never cleaned it out. I found it by chance the next day. I had to spend 30 minutes of my time cleaning up after. As far as the well clean out goes, there were multiple issues. Again there was a indoor cleanliness issue. I had to spend 30-60 minutes of my time cleaning wood floors when they were done due to dirty footprints everywhere they walked. Booties would have prevented this. Upon arrival they started rattling off a litany of items that could end up costing extra above what I was quoted for the service - it could have easily been 2X what I was quoted. Maybe they should train office staff to communicate common issues that can come up to clients ahead of time to minimize surprises. Next, the guys did not strike me as being the most motivated individuals in the world. They had a stereotypical "union" mentality to how they went about their work. The work was done sufficiently, but I never felt like they cared much about what they were doing, cared about my property, or cared about the quality of their work. The well cap is in a mulched area on a slope and I expected some clean-up, but not near the clean-up that was required. If they are skilled at what they do, they should have foreseen what was going to happen and could have warned me. I literally had to spend 3 hours cleaning up my neighbors property and will likely have to invest $100 in grass seed and starter mulch. They could keep sandbags on the truck to manage runoff, or I could have found some salt bags in the basement or any multitude of things in my garage to help divert some runoff if I had been warned. No doubt the truck they use has equipment that costs money, but $1000 for 1.5 hours of lightly-skilled labor is a little steep, especially with all the clean-up required on my part (indoor and outdoor). I had a coupon for 25% off so it wasn't that bad, but if I had paid full price I would feel a little ripped off based on my experience. I will consider using CJ again but I will be keeping my options open and soliciting some more bids next time I have well work done.

We were in need of pressure tank replacement and since the pump was almost 30 years old we decided to replace it also. It was amazing to watch them flush out the gunk that was in the well and install the new pump. It made a great difference in the water quality after they flushed out the well. Pretty certain that was not something the last installer did. However, the constant pressure system they installed is to die for! After living here for 40+ years and dealing with low pressure problems it was just something we felt we had to live with. Well, I am here to write you that they fixed that problem and we still are not believing the difference! Not only that but a lifetime guarantee included. All at a price we considered very reasonable. Really nice guys! Did a great job, as scheduled, and you wouldn't know they had even been here. High fives!

Woke up Thursday morning and found we had no water from the well. Called C&J. Because we were in a "No Water" status they put us at the top of the list. Jon showed up a few hours later, found the circuit breaker continued to pop out, he suspected a short in the pump. He pulled the pump out of the well, replaced it with a new pump, new wiring, and new 80ft flexible pipe. Then ran the pump "into the air" before connecting back to the house plumbing until the water ran clear. Cleaned up and removed all debris.

I went with one of their Lifetime Warranty Submersible Pump Packages... the new pump is a beast, Made in the USA, and looks like it will never fail regardless. My previous pump had completely failed, they replaced that, the underground wiring and piping for the pump, water shut off valve, pressure switch, tank, and gauge... other than the piping from the drop pipe to the house, the only piece they re-used was the pitless adapter. Kevin and his apprentice Cade were both very professional, polite, and thorough. The finished product is functioning flawlessly and the visible items look great. At my request, they took their time to do the new pressure tank piping in a way that made sense functionally in the space rather than just a couple straight pieces that would've been much easier/faster for them. I was being annoying, looking over their shoulder, and asking a million questions the entire time because I wanted to understand all of the system for future reference, and they were very happy to oblige and explain everything to me. The whole process took about 3 hours and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We had been told previously by other companies in recent years that we needed a new well dug. We read the reviews on this company and liked that they had lots of experience dealing with wells. We thought we’d get their assessment and C and J felt it was our well pump and they were right. It was a two day job because of the difficulties with removing the old pump . They had to do an acid wash overnight to loosen the old pump and facilitate removal and then flushed out the well before putting in the new pump. Everyone was very professional and explained every step. They also gave us tips on keeping our well and new pump in good working order. Many wells in our area are, like ours, slow recovery wells so they also advised putting on a regulator to keep it from getting overwhelmed. Because of the difficulty with the old pump and it being a two day job, it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated but it was worth it to feel confident that things were done correctly. Our new pump is working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them especially to anyone with well problems!

Service tech had a new well pump on his truck. My original pump came with the house. I did not know how old it was. Install went quickly, probably less than an hour. Did I need a new pump?? Who knows. But I will feel like this one should last me until I sell the house. Service tech was polite, kept area clean.

There was a lightning storm that shorted out the pump. The pump could not be pulled out successfully, so a new well had to be drilled. We called several companies but the weather was not very accommodating and most wanted to wait for the ground to dry out, but we were without water.. The ground was saturated and the yard was uphill, but C&J delivered. They got the job done in a couple days. The yard is still a mess, but in a couple months we will tackle it.

The receptionist, supervisor, and field tech were all amazing!! By 5:00 pm the field tech had arrived, diagnosed the layer of problems, and gave me solutions and costs. They were able to provide a temporary fix that evening so we could water the horses and came back the next morning with the permanent pressure tank. Pressure tank had a leak and the water damaged several electrical connections. On top of everything else, the well pit was not easy to access.

Everything went fine, they were on time, communicated well, and listened to my requirements.
