Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. "We had two technicians out over two days. One was for a repair, Daniel. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting and explaining throughout the repair process. As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results. It was a service text book delivery of services. Really good... Plus, both technicians worked to save me money with discounts and customer loyalty savings. Fantastic... Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't. For a family-owned and operated business, they sure fall short of integrity. So maybe they should say only sewer lines and remove the false advertising on their website. There are many options for this work and think twice before hiring these guys because if they lie on their services online, I am sure they are going to lie in person. This company failed to live up to their advertised services."
