Nu Flow Indy

I was surprised to find that this company doesn't do what they say. They make a big deal about fixing pool and spa lines, but according to our messenger conversation, they don't. Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't. For a family-owned and operated business, they sure fall short of integrity. So maybe they should say only sewer lines and remove the false advertising on their website. There are many options for this work and think twice before hiring these guys because if they lie on their services online, I am sure they are going to lie in person. This company failed to live up to their advertised services.

After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people.

Don't dig up your city sewer! Nu Flow will come in, line your existing one at a competitive price, and you don't have to tear up your yard, patio, sidewalk, driveway, life, etc!! Thanks Nu Flow for not ruining my property like traditional digging. Great experience. I would say I plan on using them again, but not really, as I don't plan on having sewer issues any more. They provided me with a quote on a Wednesday, I paid Friday, they completed the job the following Tuesday. Could not be happier.
