Slightly pricier than a few competitors but reviews were very positive and they did a great job. The team had parts for a 1:1 replacement ready to go during initial inspection just in case. Very happy with the service we got and the new water heater.

I greatly appreciated the expertise of the technicians who worked at my home. I will definitely be hiring them for more work on my home.

I was quoted for $7500 for 2 days worth of work to install main water line from the house to the street with a full crew for a job the tech said was very technical and difficult. The day they came to install the line, they finished in just under 3 hours with only 2 men and an excavator operator. When it was done I asked the lead how did this change my bill, he said **just because it went well, does not mean the price changed**. Essentially, I was charged $2500/hr for them to run 100ft of PEX pipe from my house to the street. I am beyond pissed, I work for my money and was taken here. Shop around people, I got screwed. The owner needs to see this and make this right. My yard is torn up and the pipe they installed is not insulated coming in to the house, I am just going to do it myself. I watched them do this job, at $2k they would have made money. At $5k they would have made a crazy profit. At $7500, I got taken and I am pissed, make this right Regional. I was a sucker and believed the tech when he was quoting the 2 days worth of work. When I realized they were going to be done in less than half a day, the tech said **yeah I gave myself a ton of cushion on this one**. I knew I got screwed. The owner should have looked at this job when it was done and made it right. I 100% understand its a company and they have to make money, but $2500/hr is criminal and this is why I am submitting this review.

I would like to say that if anyone needs plumbing work done please hire Regional Plumbing and ask for Eric He did great work with not a lot of room to in, he made it work. Thank you again Eric for the great service.

The work that was needed was on a very old home in bad shape. They repiped the old tub and installed a new shower valve in a few hours. Everything is upfront with this company regarding the expected work needed and the cost. The only surprise was there wasn't any surprises. I would hire Regional again without hesitation.

It was too expensive. I did not get a Senior discount. He glued two pipes together and it cost almost 400. The plastic piece s were not very expensive as I had just purchased a set and I have a receipt.

There seemed to be a disconnect between Home Advisor and Regional Plumbing. The technician did not know about Home Advisor or that Home Advisor had referred them nor did he agree with the cost for the service. The charge was more than double what Home Advisor had quoted. Then when the work was finished he told me I had a leak requiring another service call (he didn't have the parts on the truck) for another $200. I was able to get the second repair for free from the warranty we have on our washer but here has been no apparent leak while waiting for Sears to come. This has left me with doubts about Regional.

The tech, Evan, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was upfront with the costs and what he was going to do. We were in kind of a jam and with the $99 quote fee if we did not use them, we went ahead with the work. We had never hired a plumber before and did not know the labor rate, $250/hr. The work was finished in less than 2 hrs and had less than $50 in parts and had a bill over $700. Like I said, they were upfront but very expensive.
