Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had Roto rooter come out in November, paid cash to the employee and he wrote down 11-2022 instead of 8-2023 into the warranty system and wrote in we paid $450 which we paid $900 so he stole money and now they won’t warranty are clogged main line now. Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. Never again.

I called them 3/23 and promised service same day for $69 dollar service I agreed. And nothing! I called them back rescheduled 3/24 they assured me some one would service me. Called me late with a bunch of excuses and assured I would just have reschedule again. I could not believe the customer service.. horrible unprofessional, unpolite, unprofessional and rude I just can't believe this business is still running. Take your business elsewhere please

I hired him for a toilet repair. They tried to sell me a new toilet. I told them I just wanted the repair. They finished the job but it still has the same problem and they overcharged me by 500 plus dollars.

Went so smooth I couldn't believe it. Bruce is an experienced plumber and it showed. He not only checked once but twice to make sure nothing was looking. Very happy with this whole experience.

The technician, Giovana (#2910) did a great job of explaining the job, providing advice on prevention and completing the work. Very professional. We have used Roto-Rooter before for the clean out and Giovana was the most professional and personable of the technicians who have come to the house.

They were terrible and they overcharged me. They didn't finish the job well. I would never call them again for anything. They were suppose to get a permit from Hubert. They said they have gotten it, but they didn't because when I called later I found out that they haven't got it inspected. I would never get them again. I panic at the time, so I went to the first person I could find. I was very upset that they didn't get the permit; I gave them all the information for it and they said they were going to get it because later on I could have gotten sidewalks put in for a reduced price in Hubert, but when Hubert looked it up there was no permit. In fact, I didn't get into trouble thank goodness, but I was afraid I was going to. I was not happy. If anybody says they were going to call him I would say please don't.
