"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."

"Outstanding service! Came out last week to fix a shower faucet. Yesterday it would not turn off. I left a voicemail and the owner called back firdt thing next morning. Joey came out and fixed it right away. It was not a work issue, a piece of solder fell from the wall and fell into the cartridge causing the pin not to close. If you want a straight up professional, reliable plumber that stands by their work, thus the company to use. I will definitely have them on speed dial for all my plumbing issues!!"

At first I was using the big name companies who kept charging me insane amounts and never fixed the problem. I do not know many tradesmen and I got referred to Drainmaster by one of my good friends. I then spoke with owner Tim (picked up on first call and not an answering service!) and he was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through how we were going to fix the issue. He arrived early the day of work with his son. There’s something to love about a father/son tag team and good family bond. They quickly fixed my issue at a great price.
