The team at compass have helped take care of multiple projects around the house and have been incredibly professional, warm, and responsive. They're quick, reasonably priced, and nice! It's been refreshing to work with them and we'll definitely be enlisting their help on future projects!

Rick and his crew did a phenomenal job. The water company needed to replace a outside shutoff valve which was discovered inoperable by Rick's company. But they stuck in with my project until completion which I very grateful.

The job was completed correctly after I paid way too much. Always ask for receipt to prove price breakdown of parts and labor... I have learned the hard way.

They never responded to resolve the problem

The entire experience was very professional and considering the nature of our situation as pleasant as possible. They showed up on time, gave a very thorough explanation for the necessary repairs and were very polite throughout the entire process. We called them back the following day to address a concern of ours which they happily did. At no point did the gentleman who returned have anything but a great attitude, even while being beckoned late on a Saturday night. He arrived within a half an hour after receiving our call to show us that the repairs were indeed completed properly (we were admittedly on edge after having our pipes burst for the first time as home owners). I would highly recommend Compass Plumbing to anyone who needs repairs done quickly and professionally. Should any other issues arise again (hopefully in the very distant future) I will definitely call them.

Their customer service is good. They only do what they need to and offer suggestions. They arrived on time. They left the area very clean. I would really recommend them to friends and family.

I thought it went well, not exactly knowing before hand what a toilet tune consisted of. They were very professional and the whole house plumbing inspection was helpful in making me aware of other issues I need to correct. The reason why I purchase the toilet tune up was to find out what was making our toilets run randomly throughout the day. They tweaked and adjsuted both toilets, and I was hoping they would at least find the problem. Unfortunately, a couple of hours after they left the toilets were running again. I ended up rolling up my sleeves and poking around. I decided to replace the flush valve seals myself, and problem solved.

I originally bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $39 for the tuneup of one bathroom toilet and house inspection. After they arrived they found that I needed a part replaced, which was not a shocker since my toilet had not been flushing properly for some time now. I had a few friends look at it, not plumbers but guys that know the basics and we never were able to get it fixed. Rich was super responsive to my e-mails which is ALWAYS appreciated. He was very polite and accomodating. The guys that came to do the work were EXACTLY on time, did the job in a timely and efficient manner, waited for me to get home so I could pay them (I had my brother at my house to let them in) and gave me a quote on something else I need without trying to pressure me into buying it. I will definately recommend them to others and would definately use their services again.

The pipes had been leaking on a wall next to our basement. They had to go through concrete flooring to get it it, and they did an excellent job. They charged a fair amount, and they were just extremely helpful and considerate.

Over the years I have never had a problem with him; if it has been an emergency he has come here immediately that day. He holds that to be very important for his customers. He has always been here for us and I will use him again in the future.

They were prompt, polite and they were good about telling why my previous fixture had failed soon after it was installed. I would use them again.
