Once, they had to return after some sewer line maintenance to tighten up a ‘cap’ they had installed to replace the worn out existing one because of some minor leakage which they corrected. "when the repairman came out we explain that previous retirement and replace a thermostat twice but the problem persisted. I showed him pictures of how a pizza was being burned in the oven when cooked at the correct temperature for the correct amount of time. he tested the other looked at the pictures and said that the oven cannot be repaired and they would let the warranty company know that. The warranty company called me and said the repairman told them that we did not know how to use our stove. several calls the repair company to find out why the misinformation was provided to the warranty company have gone unanswered. even calls to the repairman are not returned."
