Description of Work: Joe Phillips of On the Level Home Maintenance & Repair fixed my freezer. He might also have helped me install my appliances as well.

+ -1 moreOverall my impressions are mixed. I had them come to my house for two small jobs. They did a great job painting the trim around the door but it seemed to take longer than necessary (and billed by the hour). When repairing the ceiling, the man doing the work was dissatisfied with his initial job and came back two days later to redo the job. I was glad to see such pride in his work, but again, they were billing hourly and the job ended up costing just under double the initial estimate. I understand that estimates are just that, but all in all they were a little more expensive than I anticipated and were very casual.

Description of Work: I thought I had found the solution to my list of home projects. The first project this company did went well. It took forever to get them to do the second and then it came in $72 over estimate for a $200 job. That's a BIG difference. Had several other jobs lined up that we had discussed but never heard from them again. Tried emailing but no response. Very disappointing. Had high hopes but their inaccurate estimate, unreliability, and lack of communication are not what I want in a home maintenance business. Look elsewhere.
