They had been badly done prior to my purchase of the house and were failing, to the point of falling off. They purchased the necessary hardware, came back the next day and did the installation. They were on time and worked until the job was finished. Their work quality and concern to get the work done correctly was top drawer. The people at the front desk are the worst customer service people I have ever encountered, and they lie as well. We bought an above ground pool for Bwet/Bdry and we had to replace the whole thing out of our pocket except the shell because of the lies of Bwet and Doughboy pools. Avoid!! Go anywhere else."
